Ryan and his team were responsive and friendly from the very beginning. The checkin was seamless and the house was great! We were able to unload the car, and get right into the pool and enjoy our stay. Experiencing the neighborhood on the boat was one of our favorite parts of the stay too- what beautiful homes! Plus, the other neighbors and residents are friendly and wave as they pass by while cruising the water. We would love to come back!

Lisa's house was an amazing stay and one of our best vacation rentals! The home was perfect for our family and well equipped for our toddler. The house was extremely spacious, with amazing entertainment options and a fantastic kitchen. The pool and back patio were amazing - awesome spot to watch the masters too! Best of all was the location close to numerous restaurants and walking distance to a park. Couldn't pick a better spot! Adrian was incredibly helpful and an amazing host/manger. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

This home in Goodyear was perfect for our group that gathers each year for golf and Spring Training baseball games. It was comfortable, spacious and in close proximity to golf, baseball, and restaurants. All of the mentioned amenities were greatly appreciated: a nice pool, pickleball courts, putting green, billiards table, etc. It was a great place to relax each night after our days full of golf and baseball. We had a medical incident with one of our group, which necessitated a hospital visit. Fortunately, the hospital was literally five minutes away. This home was outstanding -- we loved it!

Beautiful and comfortable modern home with a well appointed inside and backyard pool space. Easy access to everything and the host was always immediately responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Sean was an awesome host, answered everything very fast. The house was amazing , ac was working when we came in, everything was spotless, overall amazing house to stay . I will definitely come back .

The house was very comfortable and clean. Anna was very responsive when I would message her. When I got locked out of the house a very nice, young man came to help. She suggested restaurants to try. We were understood that there were six bedrooms only to find out that the sixth was the living room couch. The pool cover was very dirty. Could use some more bowls, pans were rusty.

Well designed from top to bottom. Walkable to Old Town. Great amenities and Derek is super responsive.

We rented this large, 2-story, 5-bedroom house for 4 adults and 2 kids for one week. The layout worked well for us with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. All bedrooms had comfortable king beds and a TV. The kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning crew did a good job cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and furniture surfaces. The house has its issues, however, that I consider to be a reflection of the owner. Walls, doors and woodwork are scuffed up. Florencio promptly responded to our needs by sending someone to the house to replace the broken microwave, tighten the dishwasher and replace the HVAC air filters. We enjoyed the back yard and the view of the mountains, pine trees and green grass. The house is on the #1 fairway on the Quarry Pines golf course and there’s a steady stream of golfers all day long. Three balls landed in the yard during our stay. The last golf group comes by about 3 hours before sunset, so it's safe to enjoy the yard in the evening.

Great stay in Flagstaff! The place was clean, nicely furnished, and just a short drive to downtown and local restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It snowed during our stay. We are not used to snow at all and the property manager made us feel at ease with being able to navigate a safe check out process. Would love to stay in warmer conditions and utilize the backyard amenities. The house is spacious. Party of 6 and we all had our own space.

To say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay would be an understatement!! We flew in late at night to the Phoenix Mesa airport which is an easy 45-60 minute drive. Kay was great quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed to make for an easy check in! The house was stunning! Everything was organized and set up a in way that made everything easy! It had everything we needed and much more! We forgot a booster seat for our six year old and much to my surprise there was one in the garage for us to use! The pool and outdoor area was a favorite! The different seating areas, lounge chairs, and the peaceful waterfall made for an outdoor paradise! The kids loved all the provided pool toys and us parents were grateful for the large supply of pool towels. The area had nice sidewalks for a morning walk or run and had a grocery store and Dutch bros. Coffee shop all within a five minute drive of the house. The beds were another hit! They were so comfortable! Great place to stay as a family!!

We love the place. Clean, nicely laid out. We loved playing pool when our son and daughter in law came over. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Really close to great restaurants, hiking and really good grocery stores. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

Great house in central location. Yard and all the activities for kids greatly appreciated. All tvs had Netflix, Hulu, etc. kitchen pretty well equipped could be better. Chip / dip set, bigger Tupperware would be useful. Ice machine wouldn’t dispense. Pool and hot tub in good condition.

This house was beautiful, it was more spacious in person than the pictures. The host was very responsive to my messages and had a great welcome book with instructions and recommendations. The our biggest issue was the beds are high so it was a little difficult my shorter, older family members to climb into the beds. I would stay here again.

The house is beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. Our group had a wonderful time here while visiting over spring break. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great space to relax. Truly an oasis. You do have to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated. Ermelina was great to work with and quickly resolved a couple of minor issues during our stay. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this is definitely in our top 3!

Very clean, easy to get inside, was surprised there is a extra bedroom where the ping pong table is showed in the photos! Great communication when we had a problem arise. Had a great stay!
