Lake house vacation rentals in Arizona

This place is awesome. The house and the property are great. Very quiet and secluded location in the canyon, but only a 5-10 minute drive into Sedona. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Great location. Stayed with my husband and 3 kids, 12, 7 and 8 months. Outside sitting area allows for more space to eat dinner and sit by the fire on the patio. Close walk to the water where there are covered patio spaces near the water first come first serve. Comfy bed in the master bath. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials. Couch pulls out to become a bed. Covered parking spot. Close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Kyle's place was the best choice for our girls trip; We all loved the look/style of the place and spent most of our time in the backyard taking advantage of all the outdoor activities. Thanks so much!

One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The location on the river; the ease of access; roominess of the bedrooms; the communication with host - all was perfect! My family had a great visit and I’d book again with this host for another trip to Parker. :-) Sheri

I had an amazing stay at this lakefront home in Avondale. The house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Waking up to the peaceful view of the lake each morning was a highlight—perfect for coffee on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location made it easy to get around the Phoenix area. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in smooth and easy. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a home base while exploring the area, this place is a gem. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, calming spot to unwind.

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

This was our fifth time at Adam's place. It is an amazing property with so many amenities. It is extremely clean with everything that you can think of provided and then some extras. It feels like home away from home. They now have an outdoor table with a fire pit. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the river. They have most things you would need for the river. It is also close to several good restaurants, golf courses and the casinos. Adam and family go above and beyond to ensure everything about your stay is 5 star. They are willing to help out with anything you request or need. They accept feedback and are always willing to help and listen to suggestions. It is truly a pleasure to stay at this property. They are very responsive, Being able to use the garage and have an opener is also a plus. We hope to visit again when we are in the Bullhead City area. You will be extremely pleased if you book this location.

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

This house was perfect if you plan on staying in the back yard!! We will definitely be back to stay with Kristi again soon.

The host Michelle was great in proactively reaching out with all the information we needed for our stay. The house was in a lovely location, right across from the Lake and all the wonderful nature trails. It is so clean and well equipped, they have thought about everything. I really can't fault a single thing. Amazing stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Carl and Kaitlyn’s place in Chandler! It’s a beautiful, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood, and it was the perfect spot for our family. The location is super convenient—close to everywhere we wanted to go—and the home had everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top notch. The pool was a big hit with everyone, and the lake in the backyard made for some great family fun with the pedal boat. We especially loved relaxing by the waterfall feature in the mornings with a cup of coffee—it was so peaceful. The layout of the home worked perfectly for us, especially having the master bedroom downstairs. With three bathrooms and plenty of space, it easily accommodated all six of us. The kids had a blast with the variety of games available, and we appreciated how equipped it was—it truly felt like a home away from home. Carl was incredibly responsive, always replying within minutes, and even helped us secure a last minute reservation. Thanks again!

This house exceeded our expectations. The views especially are incredible. The moment you walk into the door, you see the magnificent lake and inviting back yard patio. This house was perfect for my wife and me, brother-in-law, and 2 toddlers. Everyone had a bedroom and a space to call home while away from home. My three-year-old says she had so much fun at her “vacation house.”

The mobile home is beautifully remodeled and updated and had everything we needed and more. The pool and amenities are wonderful, clean, and accessible. There are large windows in the unit with views of the lake, but unfortunately, there are other mobile home units directly across the cove and the windows have no coverings. So, even though it’s beautiful, you are in a fish bowl, especially at night with the lights on. The bedrooms have blinds and coverings but are in the front of the house facing the road.

Great place, clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our group. Great parking if you have a boat. Highly recommend this place, one of the best I’ve stayed at.

Aaron's place was a lovely - my family enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and other amenities provided as expected. Aaron was a quick and clear communicator. Check in and check out were a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and well located for our needs. The beds were comfortable.

What a great place! It was perfect for our three generation family. It was as nice as it looked in the photos and the pool was warm and inviting. It was also fun to be on the water. Matt was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was near plenty of restaurants and not too far from Phoenix attractions. Highly recommended.

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

This was an absolutely perfect place to call home for our few days in Arizona, it was actually hard to leave! Nikki has thought of everything, it’s beautiful but also kid friendly at the same time. It is definitely the home that we will compare all other airbnbs to from here on out!
