It sleeps 4, Queen for the Adults with a private area in front. the dining table is a bed for 1, and the bunks can sleep 2 but more for children. Inside, you have a large area for cooking and many storage options inside and out. Bonus - a built-in outdoor cook top and grill and small Frig. You will love the space!

I’m a repeat customer The setting is beautiful. The Rv, a different one from last time is tastefully decorated in Southwest style, just right, not too much. Since last year the ornamental landscaping with native plants is great, or maybe I didn’t notice last year. Nature trails are pleasant to walk. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. I made a quick visit to the clubhouse. Very nice. If I could stay longer, many books I’d be interesting in reading.

We had a wonderful stay in Paytne’s camper. For us and our two teenage sons it was comfortable to stay two nights, even longer would have been nice too! Everything was as described, clean and lovely decorated. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the friendly neighbors and the lake at castle rock bay! We made a Kajak tour to the nearby caves. You can walk to the beach!

Wonderful area for a relaxing getaway! The RV is well equipped and nicely furnished, very clean and in good shape. The yard is spacious and private. The highway noise is a little loud sometimes, but not too bad. The nearby creek provides a nice place to walk and relax.
