i recommend it with my eyes closed, I loved the apartment of Paseo, the attention is excellent , they let you stay in the pool as long as you want without bulla in the evenings so as not to disturb the other apartments, everything is excellent everything is close to everything, really it is super recommended the attention at the reception very good I give this place 10/10 I was satisfied and happy , nothing bad to say about this place my first time in canarias and it was rewarding Thanks to everyone for making my stay so excellent 👍🏻

Very nice apartment with beautiful view. Close to beach and swimming pools. We enjoyed warm evenings in well equipped balcony. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There are lot of stairs in front of the apartment which made walking with strollers little bit hard. We used mostly downstairs balcony for leaving to avoid stairs. Lina was very helpful and gave always quick answers. We enjoyed our stay and can recommed the apartment warmly.

What a perfect place that I’d recommend to anyone. The host is very communicative and the apt is in an amazing location with restaurants, supermarket, beach, and shops all a two minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and the balcony adjacent to the apt is nice as well for having meals. The apt was super super clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The a/c in the living area was very cold when you needed it and the bedroom fans were more than enough for a comfortable sleep.

Lovely apartment and well equipped. Super views of the bay and only about 200 to 300 metres away from the main SPAR shop which stocked all you needed if you decided to self cater. Parking wasn’t too far away, the main free car park was around 5 minutes walk and had ample spaces. Any questions we had Iris quickly responded to and the local restaurants served good food at reasonable prices. The surrounding area was beautiful with some stunning mountain scenery should you decide to venture in land. We’d definitely consider coming back to stay at the apartment.

The apartment/ facility is exactly as described. Great location (on a slope, so we recommend a rental car) Beautiful view of the sea. We didn't use the pool, but it's accessible. Comfortable and clean bed. Very very well equipped kitchen with induction ceramic hob/microwave oven, as well as working washing machine(top loader in the bathroom) 2 air conditioners. You immediately notice that they have thought about what someone needs to spend a relaxing holiday. (Games /beach equipment such as towels and umbrella as well as an inflatable bathing island / spices/ Zewa roll and small touches such as bread jam and coffee). The terrace is private, but you definitely meet your neighbors, but these were also very nice and quiet in our case. Very quiet & relaxed area from which you can quickly reach everything/ beach / supermarket, etc. Communication was always very good and fast via WA. We will be happy to come back:)

It’s a home away from home. The swimming pool is not heated but the sea is warm and with a car we explored beautiful beaches, ports, capital city etc. We liked Morgan, Gáldar, Las Palmas. The aquarium is amazing. Hosts are very responsive and gave great tips. We stayed two weeks and the cycles were amazing for first couple of days. Then we hired a car and explored so much. The caves for lunch near the highest peak were incredible.

We arrived very late at night but thanks to the instructions we immediately found the apartment. The apartment was clean and with everything and more, we immediately felt at home. We always found parking nearby. A couple of minutes walk and you can take an elevator that takes you to the beach. From the balcony you can see the spectacular sunsets and the terrace is very large. amazing spot! bigger than I expected, perfect for family of 4 with adult aged boys. view and outdoor space was glorious- amenities at marina were great. easy to walk around safely without a car- drove to local grocery store and other beach towns. Great spot to avoid crowds and hectic crowded resorts. very private

Juan & Carmen are great hosts. Juan gave us lots of information about things to do, events etc. and also helped us with the best route to take to the house from the airport. We always try to book an authentic, local place to stay and this didn't disappoint. The house had everything we needed for our 11-night stay and we found it comfortable and clean. There is a nice roof terrace where we ate breakfast every morning and watched the sun set in the evening. There aren't the tourist facilities and nightlife found elsewhere on the island but there are a few nice, reasonably-priced restaurants a short walk down in the village, a small shop, nice atmosphere and a very pleasant, pebbled, swimmable beach. There's also a small, quiet sandy beach 25 mins walk from the house. Nearest larger supermarkets and petrol station are about 10 mins drive away inland. A car is probably fairly essential if staying here. There is a bus-stop in the village but we didn't see many buses. In summary, perfecto!!

We absolutely loved Katja's property! We spent so much time out on the balcony and rooftop and watching the marina with the boats. The property had so much character and charm, love the design of it all, the light fixtures, pulley system and all the "extras" it had to use such as yoga mats, items for the beach (beach bags, dry bags, Stand Up Paddleboard) etc. It was also fantastic to have the second mini kitchen upstairs as well as thats where we always were. Finally the welcome cava was lovely. We would definitely plan to come back, such a great experience, thank you!

The place is very comfortably equipped: especially the electrically adjustable chairs are amazing! Likewise, everything is very lovingly and stylishly furnished! In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from the living area! Beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance! Zen is a very great host! :) Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

The accomodation was large and well equipped and offered two shower rooms. The top attraction was it's full width balcony, overlooking the sea, which, to us, was a huge bonus. The location is right next to a beach and within really easy walking distance of very good restaurants. We didn't need to hire a car because everything we wanted was either at the apartment or next to it. That includes a well stocked local shop (SPAR) and a bakery/patisserie. We plan to return to Eli's place next year.

The place was just great. Communication was always very quick and friendly. The accommodation was very easily accessible and right at the beach. Furthermore, the apartment was clean and everything as described. It was a great stay. We will be happy to come back. Best regards 🖖

Carmen is such a great host- responsive and very friendly . Great place to stay away from the busy tourist flock but still convenient to go to restaurants and beaches. Highly recommended.

Cute place literally by the beach.

We've just got home from Gran Canaria this morning. We stayed at Silvia's apartment, which was great. We wanted something quite, a place where we could relax, and this little gem met our expectation. Spotless apartment, nice, clean, bright, well equipped. Beautiful view, next to the beach. There was a welcome fruit basket, and some food and drink in fridge, which was really nice, because we had an evening flight. (bathroom was also loaded with everything) We took the bus from the airport, (only a few stops with bus #66) bus stop is a few minutes away. From the second day we rented a car, and that was the only thing (which has nothing to do with the apartment) that sometimes it took us some time to find a parking spot. I hope to come back to the island soon and no question where to stay next time.

Perfect location for a great stay in Mogan. Comfortable and clean apartment . Two wide single beds with memory foam mattresses are very comfortable and the kitchen though basic is perfectly adequate. We used the beach daily and the supplied beach chairs were a real bonus. Highly recommend this apartment and hope to return.

We felt right at home. Great, modern furnishings, a beautiful bathroom, comfortable mattresses and a fantastic view. Few people/ no mass tourism. We will be happy to come back anytime. For 100%, a larger double bed would be great with 2 separate blankets and the children's room would be great with 2 beds or one to pull out, but of course this is a bit more cumbersome. The street can be heard very loudly - but this is completely drowned out by the sound of the sea in the bedroom and on the balcony.

The setting is gordeous and the view from the balcony is perfect. The pool and surrounding grounds were clean and well kept. We walked to a restaurant in the evening along the promenade which was very pleasant.
