My family and I love the accommodations. We were super welcome, perfectly educated, and we had great tourist recommendations in the vicinity. The apartment met all expectations and is very well located. You can walk to various places such as commerce and tourist sites. We will return as soon as possible.

We're the best stay I've stayed to this day. The flat is better than in the pictures... very sad having to come home, wanted to stay there forever. Everything was impeccable, the condominium service was perfect. The people were extremely kind. From the first messages before you booked, Cláudia was thoughtful and responded quickly. I'm sure I'll come back other times, because no one wanted to go home. :)

Our experience in the Thaís apartment was excellent. First because Thaís was extremely requested with us, always ready to answer our questions and help us. The place is 100% compatible with the photos. Very cozy, extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and the location is a few meters from the beach. A quiet beach is great for kids and families. I recommend with my eyes closed. Thaís, thank you very much! We love the stay and we will come back more often.

Perfect location. Quick communication with the host. Near the canal restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks and 10 minutes walking from the beach of the fort, which makes it much easier not to have to drive and not find a parking space. Very wide and comfortable apt. As we went with children and cooked a lot, I missed some items in the kitchen like smaller pots, pots and spoons. But we really like the pots, glasses and silverware. I also missed a clothesline to put clothes and towels to dry. I suggest that the bed base of one of the rooms be changed to be the size of the mattress, as the base was smaller than the mattress, it kept bending down and this made the bed a bit uncomfortable. The other bed was ok and quite comfortable. Lots of storage space, lots of ventilation and brightness. I recommend and will come back more often.

My stay was wonderful, the apartment matched the photos and information of the listing. Great location, I didn't have to take the car for nothing, I had everything in the surroundings. Leila always cares and removed all doubts, always very attentive. Dona Helena, a wonder of person too, gave us tips and was super attentive. Quiet Local, sure to return, feel at home.

My family and I loved the stay. Clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment, close to the shops and beaches, a very safe condominium with attractions for children. The very kind staff. Nice and helpful Dani and Bruno have offered us all the necessary support. It's well worth it!! I highly recommend. We intend to return!!

Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

The house is beautiful and cozy, with easy access to the beach. The surrounding countryside is simply wonderful and paradisiacal. The host was super attentive and responded quickly to any questions. It was an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay in Búzios. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the caretakers went above and beyond. Being steps from the beach was a gift. The location is perfect, close to town but removed from the noise. Highly recommend.

My family and I love Patrick's house, has already become our special corner in Cabo Frio. This was our third visit and once again everything was perfect. The house is large, accommodates large groups very well and the outside area is wonderful. Breathtaking place! Its location in nature (reserve park) and views from the house are stunning. The home feels “home” right when you arrive. We were 8 altogether which did not give a feeling of being squeezed or tiny. The surrounding property incl. pool are super well maintained. The housekeepers maintaining the place who live separately are extremely helpful and professional and you only notice them when you call on them. The home lends itself for a big family friends gathering like ours or for a couple (on a side note, it has a well functioning sauna). It has also a very fast and reliable internet /wifi connection for entertainment of the videoconference. Last but by far not least, host Sonia is a very nice, helpful, pragmatic and responsive! Arraial do Cabo and its surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for everyone! So this home is on our to come back list!

What a beautiful place ! We were a party of 13 and absolutely loved it . The house has a good distribution, is comfortable and really inviting and practical . There is a superb sound system around the house , kitchen is pristine and well equipped and the staff is very polite and professional. We had stayed in the area before in other houses and this has been our favourite. We have used every single area in the house and had enjoyed the attention to detail. Moa is great , helpful. This is one place that I fully recommend and would come back ! Thank you

Alexandra is a genius. always attentive to everything. The apartment is beautiful with a balcony huge divine terrace. A pleasure to have breakfast and dinner there.. everything is very comfortable. The beds with excellent tiss mattresses. Better than at home ! The condominium very good with security, comfortable. I would go back a thousand times!

The apartment is small but functional. Condo with restaurant and many leisure options. Tiago, very polite in responses and requests. I would come back.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. The place is well located, safe and great to stay. We took two dogs and were welcomed. The house was clean and smelly. Marcos and his wife are very receptive, and gave us tips of places to visit. The house is the same as the photos and comfortable. The wish is not to leave, haha'.. we love everything and we intend to go back.

It was our 2nd time in this AP and once again we were very pleased. Amazing apartment and condominium with a beautiful view. Wi-Fi is great, Mirtes and Marcos are very attentive. All perfect! Everything working and as described on the listing. I felt at home and soon we will return!

Wonderful weekend!! Apartment as described . I went with my family for the celebration of my birthday and my niece. We chose the condominium because it was close to where the party would be, we fell in love so much that we are already wanting to return. The hosts are super attentive ,respond quickly, and answer all questions. The condominium staff are super nice and helpful. The restaurant inside the condominium is a great option for those who do not want to go out and even cook. It was a multi-million weekend!! We love everything!!
