Mr. João's place corresponds exactly to the announcement. It is very clean and very well equipped. We spent Christmas there and the kitchen had just everything we needed to make the supper. The condominium is a cute, very beautiful and especially safe. The location is great, with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close enough to walk. We need to talk to Mr. João during the period and he always attended us quickly and kindly. Great home to spend quiet family time!

The house is perfect and the location impeccable. dona rosania was very attentive from start to finish, giving us total freedom and transparency about everything. Extremely flexible checkin time, even arriving at dawn she was there to receive us. clean house, clean toilets, furniture and impeccable household appliances. We don't need to worry about anything, because the house has everything. ALL the main beaches of arraial are a few minutes walking from the house. with the exception of one market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops and every trade you can imagine is in front of or on the same street as the house. It has no negative point, everything was perfect. I will be back for sure.

Our hosting was great, everything the host described met expectations. Chi Fai was extremely requested and answered all the questions, the building has a good infrastructure to host 04 people quietly. Great location in front of Praia Grande, a good walk comes to the fishermen's deck. We recommend and would stay again.
