It was an incredible new year, the house and accommodations all in perfect condition, extremely clean, with availability to serve all my guests, clean and well cared swimming pool, kitchen and barbecue utensil available for use at will, we had the illustrious presence of the Madonna, I will not tell who it is, only who can live the experience and the madona appears that will discover. O Gecé extremely requested, very respectful and with an air of welcoming people off the curve, very good to have started 2025 in this wonderful house! I recommend it to everyone!

Great place by the Lagoon with a dazzling sunrise and sunset! Bruno always very helpful and concerned about making our hosting as perfect as possible. Location near the beach and the center of Saquarema. It's well worth it!

The house is beautiful and cozy, with easy access to the beach. The surrounding countryside is simply wonderful and paradisiacal. The host was super attentive and responded quickly to any questions. It was an amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back!

B dia! extremely as the announcement the loft served me perfectly in everything ,a view of the beautiful lagoon wand by the morning. The super clean house basal utensils of kitchen all very organized. Who welcomed us was Mr. Marcos and D.leda super hospitable that I needed was there promptly , the great people. I will return other times for sure until pq and get out of the door to cross the street and is already in the lagoon my daughter just loved it.

It was incredible days and we enjoyed a lot of family, the people of the condominium super requested and helped us in the indication of (markets and tours) Not to mention the Heron who took my doubts, and responded quickly to me.❤️

We stayed in the house for a weekend of 6 people and it was very good! We arrived and the house was very clean, Leidiane who we received gave all the instructions of the house and very friendly. The well-equipped house with kitchen items, barbecue, rooms, etc. Fresh, airy house, cozy and spacious for us. We literally feel at home, we'll be back for sure ❤️

I had an amazing stay at the apartment here in Buzios. Very private, safe and peaceful. A stone throw away from Rua Das Pedras. The hosts were very kind, responsive and attentive to anything I needed. Huge recommendation for anybody wanting to stay with friends or family on a visit to Buzios!

The house is just like the pictures. It is very well equipped and has a very nice leisure area. Bed linen and bath linens were extremely clean, in a laundry package. The canal view is very beautiful, despite the strong smell at the end of the day. The owner was very helpful in trying to fulfill my late checkout requests. High-quality internet and air condition. Improvement point: A foot wash at the access door, because the grass constantly dirtyed the room.

There was a lot of juice from the fruit loved... the wonderful place super town hall was worth the trip the bad is to leave..if you want peace here it's the right place...

The house is just like the pictures. We like it very much! Excellent for children and for those who like privacy and tranquility. We need some repairs for being a very old beach house! The house is simply amazing! Beautiful, well divided and very cozy, located in a quiet place that conveys peace. It is even more beautiful in person, with the perfect triad: barbecue, pool and lagoon, which were the high point of our stay. The place is so wonderful that we don't even feel like going out for other walks. It makes me want to live there! The affection with which the house was made is evident. The host, Franco, was super attentive. When I asked about the pool's waterfall, he explained the operation and still adjusted the schedule so that we could enjoy more. It was all we needed: peace, tranquility and contact with nature to start the year renewed. The condominium, in addition to insurance, offers great amenities, such as grocery store, pizzeria, skewers and açaí. Super recommend!

Since we saw the house and all that nature, we've been in love. It's much better than the ad describes and more perfect than it looks. We literally slept in the silence of the night and woke up to the singing of the birds. Everything perfect!!! As for Renato, education, cordiality and proactivity is with himself. Always available! Perfect!!! I will come back more often for sure!

It was one of the best stay we had on Airbnb!!! The house is simply beautifulaaa!!! Simone is a polite and solicitous mt, quickly answering our questions. Always ready to help! We took these Christmas days to relax as we spent a busy year mt and Simone simply prepared us a beautiful Christmas ornamentation surprise in the living room with caring mt!❤️ As my eyes entered, my eyes filled with tears and my family loved it!!! The house is complete and td of good quality. An area of leisure mt perfect c football field, volleyball, basketball and tbm playground for children. On site there is a lot of mosquito but Simone prepared the house with removable screens in tds the windows and doors allows, even c windows and doors closed to screens allow air circulation even at night and Madrugada, we find this the maximum!!! We will surely return is mt, mt thank you even Simone and her family for these 7 wonderful and perfect days in your home!!!❤️

What a wonderful place! Good space, climate of peace, tranquility. The house is right in front of the lagoon, for those who have children the space is ideal. Nearby has a pier that the fun was guaranteed as the lagoon is calm. Children loved it! Huge yard, spacious house. Marcos and his wife Cintia were super helpful, friendly and always asking if it was okay, they still lent planks to the children, she loved it. Beautiful sunrise! we want to go back!!!
