We spent wonderful days as a family. Mr. Gilberto was always available and served us promptly. Clean, airy and, at the best, facing the Lagoa.

Very nice place to stay! Heron was great for communication if we had and issues/questions. Beautiful house to stay at!

The accommodation is great and has everything you may need, very close by, it is very close to the street of stones and to all that commercial area of conzios, the upstairs rooms are wonderful, the downstairs are a little simpler, I think I could have an improvement as the mattresses in the lower rooms, apart from that nothing to complain about, know that accommodation is in a climb, and may require a little if you do your activities on foot

Spectacular House, with a difference of having a deck only for you to fish and enjoy the lagoon. The pool is fantastic . Perfect communication with Cristian and Caseiro Jorge. We'll be back as soon as we are.

There's everything in the house and a Kayak that the host leaves for anyone who wants to use. The Host super good people. Answer all questions and super fast. Pena that I stayed for a short time because the place is very beautiful. I will return with certainty and indicate with my eyes closed to everyone who wants to stay in a great place, beautiful, with great price and close to everything in Arraial do Cabo. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Very neat, comfortable, clean. We adore! The condominium is organized and very beautiful. The distance to Arraial was not a hindrance because we were by car and we wanted more tranquility indeed. I highly recommend it!

Spacious apartment, condominium with an excellent infrastructure, great for those who travel with family because the environment is welcoming with other families without much clutter, or loud sound. The region is away from the beaches, needs to be by car, I felt in a safe, clean, organized place with hotel structure. The condominium restaurant is very good!

The stay couldn't have been better, just perfect, the apartment has IT ALL! The condominium is practically a club, pool, sauna, Areia court, game room, absolutely perfect, all extremely clean and organized. The house is just like the pictures. It is very well equipped and has a very nice leisure area. Bed linen and bath linens were extremely clean, in a laundry package. The canal view is very beautiful, despite the strong smell at the end of the day. The owner was very helpful in trying to fulfill my late checkout requests. High-quality internet and air condition. Improvement point: A foot wash at the access door, because the grass constantly dirtyed the room.

The house is wonderful! They were sensational days with my family and friends. The house is well equipped with cookware and barbecue, well located, residential street and a huge backyard where my dog had a LOT of fun! Even in the rain, we enjoyed a lot. And Aline and Luciana are very kind and helpful. we will definitely return.

We spent wonderful days at Mr. Luciano's place, we found the house super clean, tidy, impeccable swimming pool and every day Mr. Luiz gave a whimsy in the pool and backyard, speaking of it, he was the one who welcomed us and introduced the house and took care of the outside and during the stay was always VERY REQUESTED at all times when he was asked for help or referrals, the house is huge, the backyard is quite big, space is what we needed, great option for those who have hectic children who only stop to sleep. hehe soon we will be back.
