Dani and Cadu, always responsive and great people. Second time I stay on airbnb where they are the hosts and super recommend. All clean, super tidy, kitchen items and linens available. Easy access, quiet street and residents to the surroundings super friendly and polite. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! ❤️

We feel very well in the stay, super airy apartment, we feel at home, there is everything from utensils in the kitchen to prepare whatever they want to eat, apartment in the last location, near pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, liquor distributor etc., Virginia has been extremely attentive since always ! The place is exactly like in the pictures. We spent great days at Raiza's apartment. The atmosphere was quiet and super pleasant, close to the beach, you could go on foot. Our puppies felt at home and loved the wardrobe that had a view to the street. Raiza was super polite and kind, relaxed our check-in and responded quickly. The caretaker, Mr. Juarez, was extremely polite, careful and kind. The village helped us in absolutely everything and was always willing to collaborate with everything we needed. The only downside of the apartment is that the furniture, utensils and linens were not in the best condition, but for what we needed and for the price, it was super worth it. We will definitely return at another time.

Next to the main bakery shops, supermarket, pharmacies, 10 minutes of walking to the beach could do everything on foot. Super cozy space my family felt at home . The house is impeccable! All very tidy and clean and smelly! The house accommodates guests very well, has all the utensils, linen and towels. Thiago gave us all the freedom, was very requested in everything and very attentive too! The only but, for those who like to drink, would be nice or have in the house or take a styrofoam to put the drinks and ice. That's all. Highly recommend the house!!!

My only opportunities for improvement is that the sheets and towels were a little old and I think adding furniture on the balcony would be great

We were in 7 people and my puppy. We all love it! The apartment is super well located, airy, cozy and the beach is very close, in less than 5 minutes we already had our feet in the sand. It is wonderful to walk to the beautiful beach and leave the car in the garage. We'll be back for sure!!

I enjoyed the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to expedite it is better to drive there. The location is great as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. On the day we went the apartment was without internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so this was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, the night when we arrived in the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from mobile to TV. And Jorginho (janitor) is super polite and always helped us when needed, especially in this issue of Internet/check in and check out. The apt has potential, it is large, accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we miss utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses,pots) In addition,expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Excellent location, we were able to do everything on foot, both for the beach and the center. The apartment is great, with excellent pressure in the shower and kitchen utensils available, although there is no linen. We were in the family and we were very well received by Mrs. Rai and Mr. Francisco, both very friendly and attentive. Fabio was also very quick to respond when I needed something. No doubt we'll be back soon! 😉

Great stay, local as in the photos. We were made to feel very welcome. We love each day in this beautiful place, my mother and my mother-in-law loved it, the children snapped. We went and 7 people and we were very comfortable, there are extra mattresses. The very well equipped kitchen with household appliances and appliances. It has a filter already with chilled and natural water that I found a differential. Just a tip, a little peace of on-site garbage. Pq whenever we arrived from the Beach even more with children there was always a lot of sand together, for if very thin sand. And we always swept the house, but when it comes time to take the sand, we take it out with paper. But it wasn't any kind of hindrance or discomfort
