House vacation rentals in Aptos

Two families with 2 littles kids each (3-8yo) stayed there and it was perfect for us. The house is very spacious, perfect for the 8 of us. Nearby Boardwalk and other fun locations to enjoy with the kids. We picked some tomatoes and a couple of asian pears for breakfast and they were delicious. The kitchen is very well provisioned with lots of utensils and condiments that made our meals much better. Thank you Sun and family! I was a little bit scared with the almost 3 years old when I read some reviews, but he did great. He was interested in some National Geographic books in the living room and I hope we put them back in the right place :) looking forward to come back in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Ali’s home. The house is charming and very quiet and peaceful, all while being within an easy walk of fabulous restaurants and downtown. We absolutely recommend booking this house.

We had our Thanksgiving celebration at Geoff’s with our family and friends. It all worked out so comfortably. The online photos were so accurate as to size and space available for extra table and chairs. The hot tub, patio and fire pit added so much to the enjoyment to the whole event. Would definitely stay there again!

The 318 Bungalow was exceptional! The location was ideal...super short walk to the waterfront. We loved walking to The Point for morning coffee (their food was great also). Our family enjoyed the beach at low tide and seeing the tide pools! Heather's back patio space with the outdoor fireplace, comfy sofa, tv and hot tub was so fun! This was the perfect location for our excursions to the Boardwalk, Monterey Aquarium, the Mystery Spot and Capitola. Really appreciate her attention to details and clear house instructions. Can't wait to return! I'm already missing the ocean...

Your kitchen not only had everything I needed and more, it was also so well organized. We were so comfortable, had plenty of space and appreciated all the special touches that make your home such an outstanding one. We enjoyed the fire pit, being able to sit around your kitchen island, the clean and beautiful bathrooms and great hot tub. Thank you again, what a treat! We hope to be back!

Super clean, cozy, family friendly with all of the amenities and more! We came to check out Natural Bridges State park/beach to see the monarch butterflies and wade the tide pools with our littles. Brendan's place was perfect and within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Claire's place is looks like a cottage out of a magazine. It's modern, very clean and well organized. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Claire has thought of and provided everything you'll need and more. We wish we could of stayed longer. It is walking distance to resturants, shops and the beach. This is the perfect location if you need a good night's sleep, love indulging in great food/drinks, listening to talented bands, shopping and/or enjoying the beautiful beach. Claire is a great host and provides impeccable service to her community and guests! Thank you for sharing your property with us. We would definitely visit again!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

I had a great stay. The location was perfect. Easy access to the main street of the local town as well as nearby places to explore. The place was immaculately clean and organized. Very quiet and peaceful and private. Super comfortable bed. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Leanne was also very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Would love to come again!

Great host and great location! Decor lovely and remodeled. Not a large living/dining area but the master bedroom was so spacious, spent lots of time there when we weren't at the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable 3-night stay in this beautiful home. There were 4 adults and one 3 yr old in our party. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything we needed (other than food) was provided. The beds were in great shape and very comfortable. Lots of big windows and light throughout. Dominique added several special touches which made our time here even that much better. We felt right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to the Boardwalk and to the wharf in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was quiet at night. We had plenty of privacy even in the outdoor spaces. There are two hammocks in the back and a cornhole game set up and ready to go. The amenities are in great condition and were high end in quality. We never ran out of hot water. Dominique was warm, friendly, and responsive. The Wi-Fi worked great! Overall 5-star stay.

Just what I was looking for in a peaceful place to relax and disconnect from work and the stresses of life.

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Our stay was lovely. The house has what it needs. The kitchen was well-stocked even for a full Thanksgiving meal which was great. The backyard is really pretty and peaceful. The fountain was relaxing to listen to and the small patio at the top of the hill was a nice refuge with a glass of wine and a really beautiful view during sunset. The location is private and secluded but still very close to downtown and to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and thank you to Sean for being such an attentive and communicative host.

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

My husband and I recently stayed at Zoey’s Airbnb, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, but it was still close to all the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect place to relax after a long day, and the home was very warm and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was also very friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She was incredibly responsive and flexible as our reservation needed to be extended multiple times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at this Airbnb several times, as it checks all of our boxes- very kid friendly, great location, clean, and lovely ocean view! We had a great time as usual. Crystal is quick to communicate on the app , which is much appreciated. It was rainy and gray when we went this time, but the condo had plenty to keep us entertained. We love the TV in each room! Unfortunately it was too foggy/cloudy for a sunset view this time, but we look forward to the beautiful sunsets next time.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!
