What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

The place is charming and well set up, and you cannot beat the location! It's right on the beach, and the sunsets are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bathroom with the shower are older and reflect that (shower door didn't completely close, stovetop heating was slow and then really hot), but there was good hot water and had everything we needed. Because of the recent rain, we had an ant problem but they offered to help with that which we declined. We live in the Bay Area, too, and get ants when it rains, too. Overall, it was a lovely getaway that we'd consider booking again!

Our stay at Sean's place was outstanding! The accommodation was beautifully designed, with all the comforts of home. Sean was a responsible and attentive host, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is now one of our favorite. So clean and neat! Not a lot of clutter so there was plenty of space for our things. Vic and Leanne obviously take great pride in their property and accommodating their guests. Everything you could want was waiting for us, including coffee and creamers. Much appreciated! And we never realized what a luxury heated bathroom floors were! You cannot go wrong choosing this property. Highly recommended!

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

This is a hidden gem among the redwoods. The location is magical. The house is spacious, welcoming, and so well maintained. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

Tara and Marcus were fantastic hosts, always accommodating our needs and ensuring we felt at home. The space was not only comfortable and clean but also perfectly located right in the middle of everything we wanted to explore. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to get up in the morning! We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much, Tara and Marcus, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time in Aptos and at Seascape! Condo was absolutely perfect. Great location and views! Loved having the club house for a meal and afternoon cocktails. We will definitely be back to rent again from the owners.

Ben’s place was great. We used it as a base to visit Carmel, Monetary and Santa Cruz areas. We had a great time. The showers were good and the place was great and clean. The fireplace was a lovely touch to take the cold out of the air and the sofa bed was comfortable. See you next time x

We stayed for a couple nights, very quiet and enjoyable place, walkable to the restaurants and beach. Highly recommend

Both Nikki and Jessica (sister and co-host) were wonderful. I felt I was speaking with friends, not people I had just met. I have to mention how comfortable the bed was and how wonderful the linens were. I actually had to make a note to buy that brand of leanens, lol. I very much appreciated waking up in the morning to the song of chickens—calming, soothing, healing. At least that's the effect it had on me. I wholeheartedly recommend staying with Nikki. Everything was wonderful.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

Beautiful house in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Sitting outside reading listening to the water flow past was wonderful. Would definitely stay again just to relax and read books all day.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Beautiful views! Our family enjoyed our stay and the main floor layout was perfect for our extended family's get together. The pool table, foosball table and games were loved by adults and kids alike. A few family members did get car sick on the way to the house though (not the fault of the house or host by any means), so just be aware that it is a windy road to get up there.

Highly recommend this lovely spot if you’re anywhere in the Santa Cruz area. Jaimi and Beau are excellent hosts and have a clear attention to all sorts of details for that luxurious vibe while still feeling cozy, tranquil, and away from it all.
