We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer and Stu’s place, it had all we needed and is excellently located near the heart of downtown Damariscotta! Would absolutely stay there again!

Super cozy, super quiet. We enjoyed our stay here, even though the weather was cold and super windy “The Barn” stayed comfortable and warm. Everything was very clean and everything was as advertised. Denis was super responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I booked this place for our annual girls trip and I’m so happy we did! The price is so reasonable considering how big the space is; there were two good sized bedrooms, a very spacious living room and a large dining room area. We were arriving pretty late, but that wasn’t an issue. Elise and Arthur left the porch lights on for us, left out a high chair for my daughter, and left welcome gifts tailored to our trip. We hunkered down and played games most of the weekend, and on the morning of our check out, it was snowing. We were given the chance to check out later, and when we went to start our cars, the area around them had been shoveled and our cars were cleared of snow. The whole experience was so thoughtful and kind. We really loved this stay! It’s not often you find such considerate hosts. We will gladly book again in the future!
