What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Anne Marie's welcome is very friendly. His large apartment is very pleasant, tastefully decorated (with many of his creations) and very well-equipped. Parasol, beach chairs, cooler bag, etc., everything is there to allow you to fully enjoy the environment. Located in a quiet, secure and pleasant complex, the accommodation is 300 meters from Raisins Clairs beach (not to mention the two swimming pools). It also has the advantage of offering the service of a bakery, a chef's table, a pizzeria and a beach restaurant, as well as a mini supermarket (within a short drive you will find two supermarkets). Its location is also ideal for visiting Grande-Terre. Recommended.

Very pleasant stay in a very clean and very well exposed accommodation, facing the sea and also quiet. Bruno is very friendly and responsive in case of special request. He accepted that we enjoy a few more hours of the accommodation on the day of our departure, thus providing real comfort. Thank you for everything.

If you are looking for an authentic, functional and central place to stay to get around Grande Terre, the accommodation is ideal. However, you are in the city center so convenient but beware potentially a little noisy sometimes. Hilaire is always very available if you have any concerns. So from my point of view, don't hesitate.

Our stay at this place was just perfect! The cottage is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to points of interest. The concept of cottages is very well thought out, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. Congratulations on the attention to detail! Your wife and the whole team are remarkably kind and available, which went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. And what about the sunrise at the tip of the Castles... it was simply magical and unforgettable! In short, everything was perfect, and we leave with stars in our eyes. An impeccable and beautiful villa! The pool made our kids happy. We could walk to the beach from the nautical base, small markets, Super U, pharmacy, bakery, and even the Raisins Clairs beach (a little further). The villa was extremely well-equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us some great tips about the villa. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!

There's nothing missing from this villa. A very well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, space on the terrace and pool, and above all a view that's hard to forget. Access to the boat cove directly from the bottom of the property. The bungalow is also nice (below the house) The villa's eccentric location requires a 1.5/2 hour drive to Basse-Terre but we had chosen tranquility over location (and the entire east and northeast part of the island is very close) Perfect communication with Stephane.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

We had a great time at Christelle and David's place. The place is very faithful to the photos and comments of users (a real haven of peace for listening and observing birds). Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Accommodation with exceptional sea views. The apartment is more than well-equipped, you would think you were arriving at a hotel, everything is so clean and complete. There are even bath towels, a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo,... and the kitchen is really super well equipped. Our kids really enjoyed the beach toys. We had the pleasure of having an aperitif, fruit and breakfast essentials. Eric was very flexible with our arrival time. We recommend it 100% and we'll happily be back.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
