Villa vacation rentals in Anse des Rochers

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa... Sylvie had advised us of the reduced water flow in a shower so we managed... very much appreciated the hospitality as well as the fruit basket... very good for families with children...

Sonia was very responsive, very kind. I had a lovely stay at their quiet and peaceful place. Would come back soon

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and everything important is available. The house is larger than it looks in the pictures and the beautifully designed garden and the great pool invite you to relax. Communication with Carole and Magali was impeccable. We will be happy to come back. 🥰

In particular: - The plancha - Location near the services of Saint-François - Ideal pool for children (8 and 12 years old) - Hosting by Didier - Surprisingly quiet given the location - The outdoor toilet/shower was very much appreciated by everyone (in addition to the one inside) - The plancha (the cook insists on mentioning it a second time)

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this beautiful villa. Mickaël and Vanessa provided very clear information and remained attentive during the stay. The villa is very well furnished and very well located.

Not enough words to describe the beauty and peaceful character of the place. Hosts with small touches, feeling like home, accommodation simply better than in the photos. We will come back without hesitation. Thank you to Paola and Mathieu and a big thank you to Gladys!!!

We had wonderful, relaxing days in the villa. Everything was well equipped and we really enjoyed the terrace and the pool in the tropical garden after the excursions to the sea. Thank you Alexis for the very nice contact and support! Greetings to the sweet kitten from us!

Beautiful architect-designed home in a quiet area, however, some problems were noted: unstable door frame (bedroom), difficulties opening an exterior door (bedroom), lack of storage in the bedrooms, exposed electrical cables and electrical malfunction of the exterior lights. Jonathan's parents are very welcoming and responsive when needed. Despite these few remarks, we had a lovely stay at this place.

The concierge Sylvie who welcomed us was very accommodating for our arrival as well as the departure. Very nice and smiling. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect, especially Miss M!

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

The accommodation was beautiful with sea views, everything was beautiful, the rooms were impeccable and the showers too. The pool was a big must. Florence was very kind to us, she answered calls quickly, she gave us lots of recommendations! I would recommend a car to go around. I would go back anytime!

We are delighted with our stay in Guadeloupe and Chantal's place is perfect!!! Ideally located, private beach, well-equipped accommodation, qualitative, very clean and nice decor. The property is in a guarded and secure residence. Very good exchanges when booking with Chantal and after to make sure our stay went smoothly. Pick up on our arrival by Jocelyne and Thierry from the concierge with a warm welcome and good addresses as a bonus 😉 We advise you without hesitation and we will definitely be back.

Where do you start?! This beautiful villa perched on top of a mountain gives you a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You will feel connected with nature very quickly. The home was very clean and well maintained. The year of construction must be new. The infinity pool is a big must. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and the mountains makes you feel like you're outside at all times. The view from the bedrooms with sliding door is also beautiful including one on the pool and the other on the outdoor dining area. The relaxing area outside gives you beautiful coffee moments in the morning. The villa is very well located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood and even 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Seriously, I don't have any negative points. Do not wait if it is available BOOKEZ:)

Amazing Villa...a 1 MM $ view...well furnished and great Host. Comfy beds and superb pool! Very secured area with great neighbors. The local beach is neat and beautiful with a chill vibe! Great local restaurants at a walking distance but would definitely recommend a car to explore the nearby pristine beaches! Will go back for sure!

We had a great time at Virginia's place. The house is beautiful, quiet but close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. The perfect house for a stay in Guadeloupe, I highly recommend we will come back! Love it!
