Very pleasant accommodation even in rainy weather, same for the swimming pools and the pretty terraces. The location on the outskirts of Saint Anne is much appreciated, especially for its calm. The host was very welcoming, and even gave us some good addresses, as well as a Ti 'rum upon our arrival.

Beautiful lodge very beautiful decor and very well thought out with all the necessary amenities, I loved it and highly recommend it for a peaceful stay. Very responsive and pleasant host.

Our stay at Cisco went well. He was responsive when we needed him for general questions or advice on living there. Likewise, the people in charge of maintenance are great and brimming with kindness. I recommend.

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

We had a lovely stay at Astrid's house which was up to our expectations. The house is spacious is functional, the furniture is comfortable and the garden very nice. Very good location that allowed us to move all around the island. Astrid was available and responsive throughout to give us advice and answer our questions. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The outdoor area with the private pool is stunning and beautifully planted (best to bring mosquito spray, with us were some mosquitoes). The interior or sleeping area as well as the bathroom were perfectly clean and very large. Everything necessary was available. The outdoor kitchen with the seating area offers the possibility for nice breakfasts and cooking evenings. Isabelle is an excellent and very helpful host and was always available for us. The area is great for beach visits and there are a variety of very good restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would return to the accommodation at any time.

We were 5 adults and 2 kids, big enough and peaceful for all of us. Sonia welcomed us very warmly. The listing is identical to the description. The pool allowed us to cool off after our long days in the island. Nothing to say, just to highly recommend.

Our stay at Marina & Patrick's place was great. They are both lovely professional hosts. We were a group of 4 adults. We were all made to feel very welcomed. Marina made us some accras, which was a really nice touch, and they were delicious! The house is really lovely, clean and spacious. There are other apartments within the house, so if you are a smaller group, you don't have to rent the entire house. The kitchen was well equipped, which enabled us to cook our own meals. There is a very lovely clean swimming pool, which was an added touch. The location is in a quiet residential area. It is advisable to hire a car to get around. However, we did not hire a car and got around by foot. We walked to the supermarket and bus stop (15 minutes walk). We took a S1 bus to St Anne's Beach. A special thanks to you both for arranging transportation for our arrival and departure. We really appreciated it. We recommend Marina and Patrick's place if you want to feel safe, welcomed and relaxed.

Spacious accommodation very convenient and comfortable to live in with air conditioning and its air brewers. The only downside is the bedding and pillows that are much too close.

The accommodation within the Anse des Rochers residence is amazing. The accommodation is spacious and very complete (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). Air conditioning is essential in a hot country and it worked very well. Located a short walk to the private beach, it is for us the best position in the residence. The pool is a real plus, overlooking the sea. Our host, Laurent, welcomed us very warmly by giving us a visit to the residence. Located in Saint François, we have everything nearby. I highly recommend this listing!

Laurence's place was a great choice for our stay in St. Francois. We could be on the beach in 2 minutes by foot and in town in 5 minutes by car. The covered outdoor patio (and kitchen) was a great spot to hang out, and the AC kept the inside cool when needed. And it was quite convenient to have a bakery, a small grocery store, and an awesome pizza place pretty much onsite. When we showed up, Laurence gave us a thorough walkthrough to make sure we knew how to work the AC, fans, and other items. And she was responsive whenever we had a question. Very helpful and friendly!

Bea and Paul's place is a gem, no doubt about it. This is the first time we have such great host that welcome you upon your arrival. Communication via the apps was amazingly effective. We felt right at home and everything is there from the furniture, baby's item, pool, shaded parking, so close to town and walking distance to the beach... When we needed something, the hosts responded so quickly and they ensure this place remains a paradise. You cannot be wrong when booking this place. 200% recommended. Feet in the water, this authentic house has a lot of charm. The proximity to the marina to shops and restaurants is an additional asset that has been decisive in our choice. We had a great stay with our family.

I spent an unforgettable week in a beautiful bungalow in Guadeloupe. The place was decorated with exquisite taste, every detail designed to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Gladys, whose kindness and hospitality were remarkable, she was attentive throughout my stay. I also had the chance to meet his daughter and son-in-law, they did not hesitate to text me, an attention that deeply touched me. Karen's place is ideally located in a quiet location, without being too far from shops and leisure places. It has everything you need, to cook, the pool is a nice plus as well as the washing machine which is more convenient. The screens and the Clim are also great. A crib for our baby has also been available. A few things to improve like the bathroom or the window in the main room, which are planned soon by the host.

We have had a fantastic few days in Patricia's house. She was very helpful and kind, the house has a magnificent view and is located in a very safe area. i could definitely recommend her villa!!

We had a fabulous 2-week holiday in St Francois! Claire (the building manager) was super helpful, suggested a great day tour operator and even assisting us with a flat tire during our stay!! Top tip: make sure your rental car has a can of “fix a flat” spray in it - it is €8 that will save your whole trip on an island with plenty of bad roads to destroy your tires! The villa was as described. For being as open to the garden as it is there were surprisingly few bugs. The pool is gorgeous, we were in it all the time. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that July in Guadeloupe is so hot and humid that ANY length of walk is too long of a walk. So “distance to the nearest beach” is basically irrelevant - you will want to drive anyway!
