yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. I recommend Jardin Zen .

Tropic Chic (SI!) has an atmosphere of a luxury hotel, in a private and secure neighborhood with access codes. The villa was generously stocked with everything we needed for the week (in the kitchen, in the bathroom and for the pool/beach). We really enjoyed the aperitif, snacks, local fruits and breakfast that were waiting for us when we entered the villa. The pool was refreshing when you got home every night. The communication between Muriel and us was proactive, informative and also responsive. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful villa. Muriel: Thank you so much for a week in paradise in Guadeloupe!!!

The hospitality at Villa La Perla was simply perfect: smooth communication, impressive responsiveness and hospitality worthy of the best Superhosts! The place was immaculately clean, perfectly equipped and perfectly located. Every detail has been thought out to ensure absolute comfort. The experience exceeded all my expectations, and I would recommend this place without hesitation to all travelers looking for quality and serenity. The villa is sublime, the decor is very modern, not to mention the pool with sea views. Waking up in the morning with a view like this is breathtaking. You can even access the beach within a 1-min walk from the villa! A huge thank you to Patricia for her professionalism and kindness. I will come back to this without hesitation!

We loved our stay and the facilities are very friendly and the space is ample for 8 people. Private pavilions make all the difference and allow you to settle in well.

We had a very pleasant stay with our children. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped on all levels (including cooking utensils), with a large and beautiful infinity pool. The coastal path can be reached on foot in a few minutes, with access to different beaches. The central position is ideal for driving to the different beaches in the north and west. Florence was highly responsive. Jean Marc who welcomed us on site was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great 15 day stay at Jean-Daniel's house. He was available every time we called him for a few small services. Ice style. The pool is nice. The environment is quiet the Clim in all bedrooms and living room. very nice to sleep in the evening. The washing machine was very useful to us. The blinder was very good for the cocktail in the evening. The small negative point, the 2 roosters who sing from 5am and that we couldn't eat lol 🤣 also very nice. We didn't need to do the cleaning when we left because it's done by a housekeeper which saved us a lot of time to enjoy our last afternoon beach . Thanks again to Jean-Daniel, and maybe see you soon. The house is beautiful. The swimming pool is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. No pests at night. Secure access. Responsive host and quick feedback. We are very happy with our stay and will be happy to return. Thanks for everything!!

As a couple, we had a great week in one of the 5 Honeymoon villas. The villas are new, carefully decorated, the layout is perfect, the surface for 2 is perfect. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The photos exactly match the reality, I would even say it's even better on site! Breakfast can be taken at the reception if you wish. Philippe welcomed us very kindly, also recommended good restaurants to us. It was a real pleasure to spend a week here and we will be back with pleasure! Thanks again!

Two bedroom creole home with patio and garden. Well functioning air conditioner. Beds we’re comfortable. Safe neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Port Louis beach. Host was friendly and was quick to respond requests. Only thing was there was no hot water but we weren’t too bothered by it as days were hot after coming home from a long day at the beach. We had a nice time.

A wonderful experience with an amazing view of the harbor from high ground. A very pleasant relationship with the host who had to minimize the inconvenience of water cuts, access is difficult to the accommodation, but you also have to accept certain constraints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great week at Gaby's place which is perfectly in line with the description and more recent than it appears in the photos. The home sits in the heights with a view of the lush greenery. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Gaby and his wife are discreet and caring hosts. We'll be back if we can!

We enjoyed a family vacation and would highly recommend this place. The villa is perfect, the courtyard is even prettier than in the photos, very private and well furnished to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were welcoming and available. Loved our stay and will be back!

Very pretty kaz above the beach of Petit Malendure (walkable in 10 min). All the necessary amenities are offered. Ideally located for walking Basse Terre. We only stayed in Basse Terre for 3 days with regret. We leave with beautiful images of our stay on this part of the island.

an excellent welcome from the host, listening to any questions. we had the bad luck of having a power outage the temp of a weekend but the host did everything necessary with a generator to still have electricity. We were able to eat and keep the fridge on. In any case, I recommend any guest to take this place that was accurate to the photo and good value for money.

we spent 15 days with the family in this very nice villa. The house is perfectly equipped (air conditioning, dishes, linens...). We enjoyed the max of the outside (swimming pool, garden, petanque court... ). Valerie welcomed us superbly with bouquet of flowers and ti punch😁. In short, it's been a great stay, you can book without a second thought 😉

It was a great time at Béatrice's! The area is very quiet to spend sweet evenings after beautiful days of discovery! The sunsets are exceptional! The house is very functional and very nice! We strongly recommend!

Pascal's house is located in a large and beautiful garden with an amazing view to the sea in the distance. It is very well laid out with a large living room, two bedrooms and a large furnished terrace. There is also a laundry room available. Everything is in a quiet environment. The accommodation is located on the heights, so the temperatures are very pleasant in times of hot weather. It is located a few minutes drive from the Soufrière hiking trails. Beaches are 25 minutes away by car. Pascal is a very considerate and friendly host. He was very flexible on arrival and departure times and explained the arrival by car to us because the site can be complicated to find. Everything went very well and we recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet stay between the mountain and the sea.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Gregory's place is perfect and conveniently located. One of the best places we've ever had in our many trips Christelle Et Stephane's welcome is also perfect. We really enjoyed this place and are even ready to come back. i highly recommend it. We did it in our many trips.

Charming wooden house on the side of a piton. The discreet noise of the river below, and the calm of the site make it a zen place 🧘‍♀️ The location of the house allows you to discover this beautiful area of great white sand beaches.
