Monthly Rentals in Andersonville, Chicago

Kate and Jon’s place has everything you need for a short stay. In terms of amenities and things we could use (hair straightener, coffee maker + supplies, snacks galore, tons of bathroom accessories, extra linens, slippers and robes, etc), it was the most thoughtful property I’ve ever stayed in using Airbnb. Also, the Andersonville area is so walkable. It was nice to have access to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, vintage shops, and more within 5 mins (by foot) of the property.

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break and we absolutely loved it! The location was great and the house came with SO many kitchen appliances, towels, storage space, etc… Kory was extremely responsive and so kind. We had a great time 🤗

Had a fantastic week stay at Jim's place. Apartment is squeaky clean and comfortable, as advertised with many thoughtful details, like fluffy towels in the bath and good pillows on the beds. Kitchen was well-stocked and there's a grocery store about a block away, so very convenient for folks who want to make breakfast "in." Our hosts were very friendly and responsive--and forgiving! (we accidentally broke a champagne flute while putting the dishes away.) Thanks for hosting us!

This was a great little apartment. It was clean and there were plenty of staples in the kitchen, which helps on the first day before having a chance to go to the market. Mark was very proactive and available when needed. He gave recommendations on Thursday for fun on the weekend. The neighborhood is perfect. It was very walkable and the houses were beautiful. The place is close to a Main Street with plenty of shops and close to the red line train and other buses which take you straight to downtown. I had no problem getting around the city on public transportation. I plan on going back! It was one of my favorite AirBnB experiences thus far. Thanks Mark!!!
