Places to stay in Anamosa

We LOVE Jon's beautiful mansion. This is the second time we have stayed and we hope to be back again next year. With three generations of family all together, this really is the perfect place. Easy walk to the wonderful public library (which has fantastic children's area), Textile brewing (great beer and pretzels), Basillica, and the Brew and Brew; and a quick drive to Sundown mountain skiing. The home itself has everything you could possibly need- so much comfortable space to hang out, great kitchen, and large dining room table. We loved the new addition of the bunk beds. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

This was our second time at Jennifer's place and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. We brought our daughters with us this time, and they slept on the pull out couch and loved it. It was the perfect space for our family. The amenities are a plus. We went to the indoor pool at the Owners Club which was nice and enjoyable and we played the board games one of the nights, which were provided. I highly recommend this place. It's quiet, peaceful, there are walking paths, and it's about 10 to 15 minutes from Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Awesome find a block from Main Street in downtown Galena, we’ve stayed here several times and are constantly impressed. Lauren has done a great job taking an older place and making it modern without removing the charm. Everything from Bluetooth speakers to a modern kitchen and large TV with online services and WiFi, this is a great place to stay w family. They even have a parking spot a block away now. Lauren is an amazing host and responded immediately to any request as she’s right down the street. The only downside is on a weekend night it can get a bit loud being one block from several bars, but that’s the nature of being downtown . Highly recommended!

Oh boy a must stay we walked in and absolutely Beautiful!!! All our needs were met!!! Jacuzzi was so nice with fun lights!! Just so pretty!!! Would stay again loved it!!♥️

Great place, very beutiful area, peaceful and quiet, short drive to Galena, and the Iowa state line

Our stay was perfect! It was a very comfy, clean, cozy townhouse that had everything we needed. We did take advantage of the rec room, which was really fun. The surroundings were beautiful as it was in the middle of nature. The Country store was just a quick car ride away if you didn’t feel like making the trek to town. Danielle was a great host and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
