Great place to stay in Kona. The listing was very accurate, and there were no unwelcome surprises. The condo has everything you would hope for. Dual air conditioner units (main room--although you really don't need it here with the doors open) and bedroom, smart TV, all the kitchen stuff you need including drip coffee maker and coffee grinder. Lots of beach gear (4 foldable chairs, cooler, snorkle sets, boogie boards). Appreciated the great porch view of the ocean and top floor location. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this location. Keoni provided very detailed information that helped us navigate our stay with ease. She was communicative and we enjoyed the amenities as well. The location was very close to much of the beaches, attractions, and shopping centers that were needed for this trip. I'd like to thank her for opening up her home to our family.

What a wonderful home away from home. This place has EVERYTHING you need. Check in was super easy and Dougie was quick to respond with any questions. The location is easy to find and in a great spot to get to all the nearby beaches. When you book, you get a great welcome packet full of useful information and recommendations for things to do during your stay. Highly recommend reading it and trying things out. Lots of restaurants nearby but the kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need to make food. Don't hesitate booking this place. There is a reason it is occupied a lot. Excellent place!

My husband and I stayed in Carlos' comfy, well-equipped condo the final 2 weeks of October. It was terrific. The condo met all of our major needs: a great location within walking distance of groceries; a safe, quiet community with nice amenities; and a spacious, clean apartment. ALSO many bonus things (some of which are missing from some other rentals) that made our stay effortless & home-like. Very comfy beds & couch. LOTS of towels -- bath, kitchen & beach. Extensive kitchen equipment. Extra pillows & coverlets. Air purifiers in every room. Plenty of hangars. Lots of beach equipment. A lighted make-up mirror! A step-stool. A well-stocked First Aid kit. A knife sharpener. Plenty of nite lights & flashlights. Benches inside & out for removing/putting on shoes. A hand-held vac & an upright vac. Good lighting throughout. And beautiful art in every room. Carlos' dialogue with us was timely and helpful, before and during our stay. We highly recommend his condo @Waikoloa Fairways Villas!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at! The host and co-host were exceptionally responsive and incredibly kind, making the experience even more delightful. The condo was charming, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long-term stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all my friends and family!

Great location! This place was close to everything that we had planned on the Kona side. Just around the corner from Keauhau harbor and Ali’i drive, about 5 minutes from Kahalu’u beach park, and only about 25 minutes from the airport. It’s quite spacious and the AC unit in the bedroom was a welcome bonus.

Great place to stay within walking distance of Kona's restaurants and bars. Keisha's place is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for a long, comfortable stay. My only complaint is about the mattress, which was very soft and felt a little lumpy. Other than that, the place was perfect and Keisha is very friendly and responsive.

Our stay was lovely and Nancy was a great host! Directions and amenities were clear, the condo was clean and comfortable, and the view could not be beat! Sea Village is an ideal location for a week on the Big Island — an easy walk in either direction to restaurants and beaches, and a prime spot on-property for viewing sunsets. We used the beach chairs, the kitchen, the lanai and spent time at the pool. Overall a great “home” for an amazing trip!

Great place, excellent location with private beach club and pool. Joan provided an extensive amount of recreational equipment including bikes, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels and more. Grocery store was within walking distance as were several good restaurants. Joan gave very useful information.
