Everything was perfect! We were looking for a getaway during the holiday season to take a hike and this could’ve been more perfect. It was comfortable, relaxing, and we will definitely come back for our next hike.

Evan's place was a great refuge for us, and had everything we needed to feel 100% at home. The house is comfortable and beautiful, with a nice kitchen, great beds, lots of storage, and great indoor and outdoor spaces for sitting, writing, and relaxing. Locationwise, it was out of the noise and bustle of the city, but close enough to reach anywhere we wanted to go in 5-15 minutes. Would absolutely come back the next time we're in the Roanoke area.

Really enjoyed our first stay and will be back again soon! So happy to have found this perfect location for our needs! Loved the cow decor and had everything we needed including fans, extra pillows, snacks, dishware etc. we had a couple of questions and received quick responses from owners to help resolve! Easy check in and out! Much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's Cozy Cottage due to the central location to many places and restaurants. There are several hiking trails within 30-40 minutes or closer; some AT trails are within minutes to the house. The Peaks of Otter visitor center is within a 35 minute drive. Additionally, there are some great local restaurants and diners within minutes. Even though the house is situated right off the highway, we still found our stay pretty quiet and peaceful. Also, the driveway was super easy to navigate without the need for AWD or 4WD. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!
