Colby’s place was spacious and accommodating for our family’s lake house vacation. Super clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This house was gorgeous and a quick 5 minute drive to slopes and restaurants. We loved the layout of the house with two little ones and the hot tub for adult evening time. Beautifully decorated too. Thanks Ben for being so communicative with us as well! We loved wintergreen and will be back!

An awesome cabin in the mountains! It was a perfect stay for a reunion with friends. We enjoyed the snow and snowboarding!

Peter's apartment has a very cozy feel to it, and was extremely clean. I liked the area- look out the window and you see an old farm. I got a good night's sleep, and felt it was reasonably priced. Thank you for a nice stay!

Our stay overall was pretty great. It was a perfect location for us while we attended a wedding on the lower end of the lake. The ability to keep our rented boat at their docks was a huge plus and the restaurant on site was absolutely wonderful spot to dine. There were a few very minor things with the unit that I thought would have been addressed before guests get there but overall again just minor things that don’t warrant an immediate fix upon our entry. (No light bulbs in a few fixtures, a few minor cleanliness things, etc.) The complex property was very nicely maintained and kept up, it was the off season so we didn’t get to use many of the amenities, but overall it was a good stay for our extended weekend.

The name says it all! Very lovely, clean, incredibly spacious and comfortable home. The location is excellent, with a gorgeous view from the quiet cove looking toward the mountain. Matthew is a gracious and responsive host. We’re already booked for next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunset Farm. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. (We are a family who travels extensively so that’s not easy.) The house was clean, the beds were cozy with nice linens, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the wi-fi was super fast, the outdoor space was inviting, the view was stunning (especially at sunset), the location was ideal (Lexington is a charming town with some great restaurants) and the host was outstanding (Very responsive and all information provided was helpful and clear. ) We highly recommend Sunset Farm. Our family enjoyed our too short of a stay over the thanksgiving holiday! This beautiful home provided all the essentials and space we needed to have a beautiful Thanksgiving feast to enjoy with family! The 2 ovens came in handy to heat our meal. We also had a short drive to enjoy hiking at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Would be a beautiful place to stay and visit in the warmer months as well.

This is our second visit this year. Kim reached out to see if we wanted Christmas decorations - which we did! It was such a nice, thoughtful touch to make our stay extra special right before Christmas. We will definitely be back!
