Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. May-Oct the Farmer's Market is right outside our doors! There is a reverse osmosis water filter system in the kitchen! Wifi in unit!

Great place to stay while in DesMoines. Carl is a 5⭐️host and was extremely responsive. House is a super cool space- very welcoming and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private patio is fantastic… there is also a very large shared yard and gazebo. Neighborhood felt very safe- walked during the day and evening. About 6-10minute drive to downtown. Tons of on street parking. Would highly recommend choosing this property

The place was fantastic! Everything was within walking distance of all of the shops on main street and a quick drive to the university. The apartment had all the features of a lived in home, a very comfortable bed, and incredibly clean. Close to everything, but was a very quiet place to sleep. Would highly recommend and will be using this property for our future visits to Ames!

This place was awesome! The view of the courthouse was stunning, there were great bars and restaurants around, it was super easy to get around, easy to find, and check in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. The place was very clean and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. Jesse was fantastic and immediately responsive, gave great recommendations, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely loved my stay and will definitely book again next time I’m in town. I strongly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow, and we appreciated the private deck entrance and reserved parking. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
