Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. The barn is self check-in (late arrival friendly) and check out. If needing only 1 night Sun-Thur just ask for offer. Gay Friendly!

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

We visited my hometown for a service honoring my parents, who died a few years ago. I wanted to stay in a neighborhood that felt representative to me of my childhood home and town. Big lawn, quiet, walkable neighborhood, on the east side of town, where my husband and I could daily see rabbits and squirrels inhabiting the lawns and trees around the houses. Near to downtown, easy to get to grocery shopping and cafes. This place was perfect.

This is a lovely oasis in the woods on the edge of Ames. Super clean and well-equipped, this house was a perfect base for our group. We loved being in the woods, near the horses, and spending time around the fire ring.
