Monthly Rentals in American Hill

We had a nice stay here -- it's secluded, and the view and outdoor shower right in the middle of the trees are quite charming. Absolutely no wifi/telephone connection, and some strategic thinking to evade the swarms of mosquitoes were necessary, but that in a way added to the charm. For a longer stay some more towels and supplies would be nice, but I am sure that Amber would be open to that if one asked. Communication was great and very friendly. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Jaime's place is a great simple accommodation on St. John and was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the valley view and spent many hours on the large deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals and the wifi worked well for working a couple days during our visit. Definitely recommend considering staying at Jaime's if you're looking for a smaller unit in Coral Bay!

We spent our honeymoon on STJ. We had a beautiful time at Maya’s place! Cohost Shannon was very sweet, helpful and a joy to talk to. You cant beat eating breakfast every morning on the covered porch with those views. The place was very clean, private, and comfortable. Great location in Coral Bay - only a short drive to nearby grocery stores, restaurants/bars, and all the incredible beaches. We saw tons of donkeys in the area as well. Highly recommend! :)

We had a lovely week stay at Sweet Spice! Perfect for a couple. The pool was such a treat after a day at the beach. It looks smaller in the pictures, definitely a good size for two people. The screened in porch was awesome and perfect to keep bugs out and still be outside, almost like an outside living room. Jenn and CJ were great communicators and super helpful! We had an issue with one of the beach chairs and they brought us brand new ones. The oven was tricky to work but there’s a counter top oven that was awesome, I want to get one for my house. I believe there was AC in the kitchen area but we didn’t need it with the windows and fans. The ac was nice to have in the bedroom though. The landscaping and fruit trees were beautiful and loved getting greeted by all types of lizards and iguanas every morning. The only tip I’d have is if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the water pump is behind the bedroom wall and it’s LOUD on occasion. Thank you for a great week!
