He's the best host! The location was great! The home was very comfortable and nice! I recommend your locations to anyone coming to St. Thomas. It's the place to be. The airport, grocery store, restaurants, and Lindberg Bay Beach are all about 5-7 minutes away. Priceless! It really felt like home away from home! Thank you, and I'll be back!

Smitty meet us at the airport and give clear instructions on how to enter the the gated condominium and our unit. unfortunately we used gps location from air b and b listing and arrived a mile away. A call to Smitty quickly got us the correct location. Smitty followed up several times to make sure we enjoyed our stay. As for the unit the listing did not fully describe all the amenities. There were beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment for our use. Our private balcony with views of the pool and ocean was excellent. Although not new the unit was clean and an exceptional value. We would definitely stay there again

For those who love to cook, the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oils, vinegars and baking needs. Many left over containers with lids provided along with all.kinds of wraps(foil, baggies, cling wrap). Heidi and Erik were very responsive and flexible on our stay. They provided all kinds of snorkel gear and beach towels. The view was beautiful, but you are in the middle of the action. Restaurants and bars next door, and the beach gets very crowded. The pool was also a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the sun. Roosters and iguanas made lasting memories.

Herta & Pierre’s place matches the photos exactly. What’s not photographed is how they go above and beyond to make sure you have every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. Things that i completely forgot about. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors were very friendly. On our 3rd night there it was a coincidence that they were hosting their annual neighborhood Christmas block party. The host made sure to let us know we weee invited to join and it would be fun. We actually did attend and had a great time. There was a dj, free food and local drinks desserts and just a positive fun time and environment. I would hands down recommend staying here to anyone and would most definitely stay again. I want to say thank you to these two wonderful host who truly go above and beyond for their guest. Book with them you won’t regret it.
