Monthly Rentals in Ambleside

We enjoyed a beautiful few days using Ambleside as a base for some walking plans. The cottage is well located outside of the busy-ness of the town itself but within walking distance. So a peaceful retreat after a day’s walking. It’s a cosy home and we made good use of the outside area as had such good weather. Everything you need to cook and have evenings “in”. Private parking also a plus. All as described.

Had a great long Bank Holiday weekend in Herdwick Heft..The apartment is small yet cosy..clean..modern and had everything we needed for our 3 day getaway.The accommodation is situated right in the heart of lovely Ambleside with all its attractions..great views from the bedroom too and the bonus of a parking space.Communications with Amanda was excellent with a smooth check in..we could highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Luxury apartment with a view to match, overlooking Ambleside pier, the lake and mountains. Exquisite! Full use kitchen. Chaisse overlooking the lake is the perfect spot! Comfortable seating in front of large screen TV. Can't wait to come back!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Ambleside. The cottage was cosy and well equipped. The games room was a great place for our sons to chill out and relax in. The cottage was on a quiet and relaxing street close to the centre of town. Can’t wait to book up again for a return visit in the autumn.
