Vacation rentals with lake access in Alvin

This was perfect place for our small group to spread out and still enjoy meals together. Franchesca's place is tucked away in an industrial town along the river providing a nice place to relax. Definitely stay again if available!

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. It was definitely well equipped with activities for all ages. The downstairs kitchen was a great touch when preparing food to grill. This house was better equipped than a William Sonoma kitchen store! Our family will definitely invite friends next time since it was so spacious. Thanks for being an amazing host. The Traw Family

The property is beautiful and scenic, not a ton going on outside the immediate lot but that’s to be expected for the area they are located. All amenities were accurately described. James and Aaron were very communicative throughout the weekend and acted quickly when we needed assistance. For other guests booking this property just be aware that booking the house does not give you exclusive access to the outdoor area - dock, pool, courts etc.

My husband and I got married here a year ago wedding turned out amazing. we had such a wonderful time we decided to book it for our 1st anniversary. celebrated the entire weekend with our family and friends. Perfect place to host events.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, had everything we needed. The view of the river is great.

Brought my family of 4 and two dogs here. Had a great time with a beautiful view and awesome fishing spot. Caught croaker, catfish, blue crabs and a black drum. House is very cute with nice quiet neighbors on both sides. Owner is very friendly and responsive but we didn’t need anything as she explained everything clearly in the beginning.

House was great, area was beautiful and quiet. very nice home, will be coming back. previous guest took some amenities that Curtis was unaware of. Curtis drove 3 hours immediately to drop off new hair dryers for the girls as soon as I let him know. The beach is beautiful and close, fishing is great, food is amazing, and the Island is incredible.

Nice appartement in energy corridor, perfect for a short or longer visit for job or just to visit Houston.

Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

Place was phenomenal honestly will book every time i have to come work in the area literally beautiful and the host very outstanding she helped me whenever I needed help 10/10 highly recommended

We absolutely loved Tracy’s space! It was immaculate upon check-in. It had everything we needed to make meals at home. Tracy was very responsive and great to talk to. Her patio was our absolute favorite ❤️ we utilized it everyday in the mornings with coffee, and at night with a night cap. The breezes were great and the sounds of the water were serene. It was a very nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home. We will most definitely be returning next year.

Diana's space was so peaceful and perfect for my mom and I on our Girl's Trip. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lots of great amenities. The apartment is surrounded by a gate that is accessed by a fob provided when you check in and it makes the area feel safe and secure. The pool was the main reason we booked this AirBnb and it did not disappoint! The pool is a community pool serving the complex, but everyone was very respectful of sharing the space on a hot afternoon. We loved the whole experience and will be rebooking next time we're in Katy!

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.
