Very nice cozy home. Good neighborhood. Conveniently Located for shopping and restaurants. Nice walking tracks in this large community. Hosts Daniel and Maggie were very helpful with anything we needed. Would love to stay there on our next visit.

The cleaning solution that was used was not over powering which is greatly appreciative since my mom is very sensitive to odors. The place was great for what we needed during our stay.

Terrific hosts! We loved staying in this house. Kitchen is labeled so things were easier to find. The neighborhood is very nice. Location is great and easy to find. Not far from anywhere you need. The beds are very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the mall (there’s so much to do) but when we came back to this house we still continued some family fun playing pool and ping pong or sitting in the private back yard patio. Very relaxing and accommodating. Hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. We’d love to stay here again next time we plan a getaway!

Loved our stay at the beach house. It was in a great location and the outside was decorated with several beautiful lights for the holiday season which also made it easy to find when coming in at night. Lots of great amenities on the property: swings, tick tac toe, hammock and bbq pit and more. The wind was pretty cold (expected for this time of year and proximity to the water) but we were still able to bundle up and enjoy time outdoors at the property also.

Stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks! My stay was absolutely perfect. LOCATION WAS EVERYTHING! So many food choices, and shops, literally 2 miles from downtown! Perfect for just me my wife and our pup! Lam was extremely accommodating, very professional and responsive! I definitely recommend!

The place was great for the short trip me and my family took. Loved the location being so walkable to most LGBT bars in Montrose (Houston). The place itself was clean and the linens were fresh on the bed. The house was as a bit cold but that’s winter and I could adjust the thermostat myself, so no issues!

The space was exactly what I was expecting and I liked the ease of a “front desk” check in. Neither of the televisions worked the first night but they were responsive and able to get one of the tvs working for my second night. Easy parking. Good access to toll road/highways.

Hosts were responsive and super kind! The place looked exactly like pictures and very comfortable stay. Would recommend!

What a lovely and unique place! We loved the art and the porch and garden in the back are beautiful, too. Kim was super communicative and helpful, including reuniting us after our stay with my son's beloved stuffed animal who was left behind. Great, central location. Would definintely recommend this place!

The place was clean. Entry instructions were clear. Visitor parking is on the 5th floor only ( top of the building). Kids enjoyed the snacks provided by Melodie. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing Stay at Cozy Conch! We had an incredible time at the Cozy Conch in Galveston, Texas. Our host, Walter, was outstanding—super hospitable, incredibly communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was just perfect, with private beach access that made our stay truly special. The pool and hot tubs were an absolute delight, offering the perfect relaxation spots after a day at the beach. The Airbnb itself was equipped with everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend Cozy Conch for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch hospitality! Wonderful location, one of the only places you can actually stay directly on the beach in Galveston

We had a wonderful time! The condo was nicely laid out, nice view, close to everything yet far enough away. Check in was so easy and the gentleman at the entrance was wonderful. The pool area and beach were immaculate. we will definitely return! thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! She was so quick to respond with any questions. Check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, not to mention the perfect view! I love it and would come back. Such a comfortable and cozy spot. And again, THE VIEW!

Fantastic place! Will be even better once the new HUGE pool is finished right off of the balcony. Wonderful location, our host responded immediately to any questions I had. We hope to visit again in the Summer and stay again.

Perfect stay near the convention center and directly across the street is the beach to take a run or watch a sunrise. All kitchen amenities you could want are available. We’ll stay again here!
