Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Alvin

Beautiful and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the river flow by. Kids enjoyed the fire ring at night and sitting on the dock. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Some minor issues with the plumbing, but Barry was very responsive.

My sister and I went to Galveston, with two dogs to just to get away. Rose’s place worked out perfectly with the fenced in backyard for the dogs and close proximity to the beach. The house was very comfortable inside, and had everything we needed.

Wow! This was my first experience with Airbnbs, and it was a home run! So easy to book and great price point! I stay in over 300 hotels a year with my company and hotels are not good sleeping with housekeeping and loud people slamming doors interrupting much needed sleep. This was so quiet and I slept like I would if I was in my own home. Thanks for making this an Amazing experience we will be back when we’re anywhere close to the area. Terrific hosts! We loved staying in this house. Kitchen is labeled so things were easier to find. The neighborhood is very nice. Location is great and easy to find. Not far from anywhere you need. The beds are very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the mall (there’s so much to do) but when we came back to this house we still continued some family fun playing pool and ping pong or sitting in the private back yard patio. Very relaxing and accommodating. Hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. We’d love to stay here again next time we plan a getaway!

My friends and I did a Book Retreat while at this home and it was complete perfection for accommodating six women. This home had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely return to this property when visiting Galveston again with friends.

Very clean house !!!! The house is very secluded. The kids loved the hot tub . There were deer everywhere driving to the house which was nice to see.

Good location for the part of Houston I wanted to see. Apartment was clean and as advertised. Kishi had snacks and water in the fridge. Would stay again! The only issue I had was with late checkout. One of the reasons I selected this listing was for this bc I had an evening flight and did not want to wait in the airport longer than I had to. Prior to booking had requested this and it was confirmed. During my stay I was informed late checkout was not available anymore because someone was checking in early the day I was leaving. A bit frustrating.

Great place to stay! Absolutely loved the studio, it is perfect for me and my bird. They gave me a broom to help keep it clean and a starter kit for laundry and the kitchen. Very friendly staff, and loved that there was a bar, live music, theatre, pool, table tennis, and gym available on the premises. Extremely convenient, very clean, great prices. Loved everything from start to finish!

Great place to Stay, Beautiful Area, Safe private, and the apartment was really nice. Everything felt so dreamy here. This was my first time visiting the Houston Area and I am so glad I chose this stay. The surrounding area is super green and beautiful - there are close areas to eat and walk around, Lake Houston was maybe a 10-15 minute drive. The Host was super respectful and responded quickly anytime I sent a message. I carry everywhere I go but I felt pretty safe in this area the whole time even when it was late out. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Perfect little place to stay! Loved being near all the restaurants & shopping stores. Parking garage is very close and super easy to get into the building. Had no worry about my car! The place was very neat! Would come again!

Very Peaceful & Quiet.. My Family Loved The Treehouse .. Very Organized & Clean .. Clean Bathroom, Ac/Heater Worked Great.. Tv’s Have Netflix/Paramount + , WiFi etc… It’s A Nice Lil Place To Relax .. Big Front Porch , Lots Of Natural Light Coming In From The Front Doors… Love The Barn Doors Throughout The Inside Of The House.. Definitely Returning It’s A 10/10

When you arrive there they take their time to explain everything to you. The staff is great and also very attentive. The place is clean and very very well upkept. Oh!!! and the guest also make u feel very welcomed.I came in as stranger and left as family. I'll definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Place. The kitchen had ample supplies. The living area was very comfortable. It's a great location for accessing the wildlife refuge, High Island and Bolivar Peninsula.

Nice and clean place to stay!

We get to the coast every Thanksgiving week the last 13 years. 2024 was spent on Bolivar at this great rental. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, pups loved to run the wrap around deck and use the dog run. I got to watch sunsets from the deck and beach, while enjoying hot coffee in morning and cold beverage at night. It was a great week getaway for our family. We made a Thanksgiving feast using the grill and had more than enough dishes to serve all our sides. Thank you for hosting us and welcoming us to the coast!

I enjoyed the cabin very much. The property is very peaceful and the pond is beautiful. I found myself walking around and enjoying the peaceful break from the city. When I drove in, it was dark and the host called me and guided me in. The room was in great condition and the water heats fast for the shower. The beds are comfortable and the a/c cools the room fast. I can’t wait to stay again.
