We stayed in Ulea for one month and are very positive. It was a very pleasant stay! The cottage is small but well cared for. Everything seems new, recently renovated. Tatiana is a super hostess who was very helpful to us. I could always contact her for advice or tips. The surroundings are really beautiful, we took some nice walks. The bus goes to Murcia regularly. The village itself is quiet and picturesque. We hope to come back again! The perfect place if you love peace and nature and walks in the mountains. The Ricote valley has a lot to offer!

We came my partner and I for a romantic weekend and everything was perfect. Wonderful Victoria, she helped us at all times, even helping us buy a battery from the car that gave us problems. The environment is beautiful and super cared for, it is not missing any details. The owner lives on the property, about 100 meters from the house, but it is very respectful and discreet. We will repeat.

The landlady, Mapilda, was on time and always available at check-in. She took care of everything. Unfortunately, Mapilda only speaks Spanish, but her friendly and nice nature has forgotten this and the communication worked well through translators. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and equipped with everything in the advertisement. A highlight is that the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. I highly recommend this apartment. Lamentablemente Mapilda sólo habla español, pero su carácter amable y simpático nos hizo olvidar esto y la comunicación funcionó bien con la ayuda de un traductor. El piso era exactamente como se describía. Limpio y equipado con todo lo que se anunciaba. A destacar que el piso está equipado con aire acondicionado. Sólo puedo recomendar este piso. H. Buchholz
