Apartment vacation rentals in Almaty Region

This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍

It was our 1st time in Almaty. Timur was always in contact with us and checked upon our arrival till we reach the house. He was very friendly and helped us in all the ways. He suggested us the places to visit and always available in chat. He speaks pretty good english too. Timur and Dana are the great hosts. Dana gave us a great room tour. Very easy to check-in and check-out. We want to visit Almaty again and will book the same stay again as well. Flat was really spacious and we literally felt as our home. It's just a min of walk to arbat street. You can close your eyes and go for this apartment 💗 Location - 10/10 Hosts - 10/10 I'll recommend it to my friends too. The apartment is right in the center by Arbat Street, great connection to the metro or bus stations and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Ella's apartment was so cozy that you almost felt at home and it wasn't noisy either. Would definitely come back!

Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

We had a wonderful stay for a week at Sanzhar / Kate's apartment. It's a fully furnished, spacious two bedroom place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well maintained and located in a great area - within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There's a large play area nearby where kids can spend hours having fun. The park of the first president and Mega Mall are also close by, making it a very convenient location. Kate was an amazing host - responsive, helpful and kind throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Almaty. You won't be disappointed!

He speaks English, he answers the phone in seconds. And solves the problems immediately. At first we had a problem about the check in time, but it was not his fault , and he came with car to take my luggage’s until my new check in time and gave me an apology cake :) it was a nice experience in total. Mr Azmat is honest person and it’s more helpful always. The timing of check out exact time or he will allow maximum one hour more that’s it .it’s part of business. Overall he and flat is very good 👍

This is a perfect apartment to stay in almaty, kazachstan. The apartment is clean, everything worked and I feel me like at home. There are many grocery stores and a big shopping center close to the apartment. The host is very friendly and answer fast. I recommend this apartment and the host.

Nurshat’s place in Almaty was a fantastic stay—conveniently close to prime locations with a couple of 24/7 stores downstairs, making it easy to access essentials. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, and Nurshat was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is very light and clean, the furniture is new, all the appliances are working, the host provided us with free cleaning, we really enjoyed our stay here, I recommend it.

This Airbnb was a breath of fresh air after coming from London. It was so spacious and peaceful. It was so much larger than the photos suggested and it was conveniently located on top of a lovely cafe and across from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and really went above and beyond to ensure smooth and early morning access to the apartment when we landed in Almaty. The host also supplied our departure with flexibility and effective communication. I recommend this place to fellow families and travellers.

Very large, spacious apartment with a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Everything is fine in the apartment, except for the lack of air conditioning and since we stayed in the hot season, during the day it was very hot in the apartment, but at night it is wonderful, you can sleep with the windows open thanks to the draft, even sometimes it was cool. The hostess is wonderful, went to meet us in everything and helped us. Recommended.

Host Kanysh picked up from Airport and helped us to check in to the apartment. It was very nice of him to wait at the Airport. His place is very conveniently located with few good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. He suggested few good places to visit in Almaty. Overall we had a great stay at Kanysh's apartment.
