The apartment matches the description. In the new building, it looks fresh, all new. Large size of rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioners. There is a courtyard, closed from cars, on the stylobate part. Among the disadvantages, you can note the location - it's a little far from the center. We got there mostly by taxi in 20 minutes

We highly recommend this Airbnb unit because it is very clean and beautiful. The unit is modern and complete with furnitures, appliances and kitchen utensils. The home smells good and tidy. The host is very nice and gracious. Very flexible and easy to deal with. They helped us with our needs and inquiries. The place is also accessible and near the Mega Mall. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

My parents and I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described—spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and lots of great restaurants nearby. I felt right at home here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Marzhan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips. I really appreciated her hospitality and prompt response to my requests.

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

The apartment is small, just right for two to spend the night. A good place to stay for a short time. There is a private sector around, but there are several large shopping centers within a 20-minute walk. The owner is wonderful, always in touch

The apartment location is convenient. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks all in walking distance. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, while being not too far from the botanical garden and KazNU. Azamat was always responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up. Thank you!
