This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍

This place is absolutely top notch airbnb right in proximity to important spots & restaurants nearby. Easy to get taxis to nearby locations. The communication was smooth throughout our stay with the host Timur & Dana suggesting us some excellent recommendations. They even catered to our flexibility which made our stay even more better. Wonderful apartment in the center. Everything is thought out, the feeling of living is like at home. Fully corresponds to the photos, even better. The bed is comfortable, wi-fi is fast. There are many cafes nearby, there are shops, a public transport stop. We will be happy to stay again : ) From the nuances: the windows overlook the road, it can be noisy.

The apartment is right in the center by Arbat Street, great connection to the metro or bus stations and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Ella's apartment was so cozy that you almost felt at home and it wasn't noisy either. Would definitely come back!

Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

second time staying in a flat with this host. we had to reserve it the same day due to some unforseen events. host approved the reservation quickly and helped us out a ton. he also helped with an issue at the flat (our issue, not his or with the flat). he is an amazingly kind and helpful person. would stay in any flat of his as my first choice. the flat itself is very clean and comfortable and absolutely worth it. would definitely stay here again

Mr Azmat is honest person and it’s more helpful always. The timing of check out exact time or he will allow maximum one hour more that’s it .it’s part of business. Overall he and flat is very good 👍

This is a perfect apartment to stay in almaty, kazachstan. The apartment is clean, everything worked and I feel me like at home. There are many grocery stores and a big shopping center close to the apartment. The host is very friendly and answer fast. I recommend this apartment and the host.

Nurshat’s place in Almaty was a fantastic stay—conveniently close to prime locations with a couple of 24/7 stores downstairs, making it easy to access essentials. The neighborhood felt safe and lively. The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped, and Nurshat was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

Overall, I liked everything. The place is as described. The location is great but there are inconveniences nearby for now. You should also pay attention to cleaning before check-in, it seemed that the apartment was cleaned hastily. There were questions about replacing the mattress , the host quickly decided to thank you for this. The place is worth the money, I will recommend

The apartment is very light and clean, the furniture is new, all the appliances are working, the host provided us with free cleaning, we really enjoyed our stay here, I recommend it.

This Airbnb was a breath of fresh air after coming from London. It was so spacious and peaceful. It was so much larger than the photos suggested and it was conveniently located on top of a lovely cafe and across from many restaurants. It had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and really went above and beyond to ensure smooth and early morning access to the apartment when we landed in Almaty. The host also supplied our departure with flexibility and effective communication. I recommend this place to fellow families and travellers.

Host Kanysh picked up from Airport and helped us to check in to the apartment. It was very nice of him to wait at the Airport. His place is very conveniently located with few good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. He suggested few good places to visit in Almaty. Overall we had a great stay at Kanysh's apartment.

Great apartment. Located in the center, yet quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness is almost impeccable, responsive hosts.

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.
