Home away from home! Our apartment stay by Bauyrzham at Almaty was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Our host was also helpful in providing reference to travel agents for travel to far away tourist spots. The place was beyond my expectations . Absolutely breathtaking! It’s spacious, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need. The amenities are perfect and thoughtfully arranged. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, warm, and truly caring. They went out of their way to make sure we felt at home, always checking in to ensure everything was just right. You could feel their genuine hospitality in every little detail. Honestly, this is hands down the best villa I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like home, but in the most luxurious way possible.

Great apartment with a huge terrace, which is rare in Almaty. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, very clean. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. Thank you Marjean for your friendliness and hospitality!

A bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed covered by a bright orange quilt. Decorative pillows enhance the bedding. A side table with a lamp is positioned beside the bed, and natural light filters through sheer white curtains and blue drapes.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price

Excellent place to stay.. It is even better in person. Spotless and beautiful home. Tastefully done interior and everything is just perfect. Lyudmila is an awesome host, very down to earth person with a pleasing personality. She was very helpful and guided us with clear instructions. We had a great time at her place and will cherish the memories forever. The home is in a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful street near by with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and all. There is a children’s playground inside the residential area. Very safe and easy to access place. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. It is awesome. .

Choose this hotel apartment as this place is very near to restaurants, malls, president park, hyde park and also in this apartment, there is already market down where you can buy your needs. and everything are nearby , very clean room and spacious with mountain view and our host mr alex is very helpful and kind, whenever we need taxi he can call us also for taxi as my apps is not working. people in kazakhstan are very discipline & kind specially on crossing roads , they will give you time and way to cross the roads. Visit Almaty and choose this room , you will not regret it , we stay here for 15days ,very safe and clean. Appreciate your help Mr Alex 🙏 thank you

We had a good stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. The room was clean, well heated and had all the amenities we needed. In case you are self driving there is also a parking area just outside the building. The place is at a walkable distance from the Ascension cathedral, Green bazaar and Arbat street. Multiple cafés and convenience stores are close by. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely top notch airbnb right in proximity to important spots & restaurants nearby. Easy to get taxis to nearby locations. The communication was smooth throughout our stay with the host Timur & Dana suggesting us some excellent recommendations. They even catered to our flexibility which made our stay even more better. Totally recommend this stay when staying in Almaty. Cheers!

Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Guest house "Lastochka 2 !"

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

NORDIC Cozy mountain lodge for family and friends

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

Professor Meirbek was a collaborator who took a ride in his car for free for five hours in the mountainous areas and nearby resorts and he was cooperating and with us meeting our needs and helping us a lot He was very generous so he gave us coffee and a delicious dinner On our first day We thank him, his family and his children

Mountain Creek

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

HIghly recommended host and apartment. The apartment was in the geometric center. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are closeby. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped. Kate was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Very quick and responsive. Also, recommend using them for local tours as Kate and Aidos make very nice personal tours. All in all, will use them again on our next trip!

A neatly arranged bed features a decorative patterned coverlet. Fresh white towels are stacked atop dark blue towels. A small tray holds glasses and a vase with dried flowers, adding a touch of elegance to the space.
