Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The location is very close to the beach, the apartment is suitable for that price, it has all the equipment of a normal floor.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

Lovely apartment, central to shops and beach (10-15mins walk), pool was nice for the children. The outdoor bbq area provided a nice place to chill in-between lunch/ beach and siesta. Accessible small private car park within the compound of the property. The host is very accommodating and prompt to requests - providing us with beach towels and extended our stay on requests (we had a late flight back). Would definitely recommend our stay, and would come back to it again.

Enrique's place is a modern, stylish home in a great location. Right off a main street, it is very quiet and private. You can walk to the Mercado Central in 20 min, the beach in another 10, there are 2 good restaurants within blocks. They were kind enough to arrange for lockbox keys for us old farts and are very proactive with communications. The unit boasts some unique amenities like a clothes drier, yes, drier, as well as an espresso machine, drinking water filter and napkins! The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The small patio is delightful. Noisy construction on the building is ongoing but did not bother us (except for tricky access) as we were out during work hours. The shower is clean but uninviting. Long term stays would be great here with two caveats; the TINY underground parking garage (which is just a few doors before the unit) and lack of useful storage in bathroom and bedrooms. This is the nicest Airbnb with the most comfortable furniture and excellent beds!

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

My partner, my parents-in-law and I had a wonderful stay at Cathy's Appartement at Cumbre del Sol. The view blew us away when we walked in on our first day. It is clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is stunning and close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. Absolutely recommended this accommodation and Cathy as your superhost!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Unbeatable place to seek tranquility with an amazing view of Calpe. Spectacular pool and environment with freedom to park. All very well equipped and clean. Apart from the center but very well connected and with services very close by. Nothing was missing inside the apartment, very complete (iron, dishwasher, dryer, etc…) Anna was very attentive every time I sent her a message.

I spent a lovely 2 weeks at Romans appartment. Great location and just a few minutes walk to the promenade, beach, bar restaurants, bus stop etc. The apartment is squeaky clean and very comfortable and I would recommend 👌

Great, the neighborhood is very nice with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Not too far from the center. I was quiet in room #1, no noise and very comfortable bed. This is a good option for a reasonable price.

We are satisfied and the hostess took responsibility for our well-being. Due to Airbnb's automated translation, we ended up in our conversation from the beginning unfortunately. But we solved that together. The apartment is nice and everything works as it should. The apartment is centrally located and it is close to supermarkets, bus stops, Playa and restaurants. 3.5 km from the center of Torrevieja.
