It was a pleasant stay, the apartment is exactly as it appears in the description. It's very well kept. I really liked it.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

A homely apartment close to all amenities. Comfortable beds and sofa. Nice large balcony with morning sun. Well equipped with everything you need in kitchen. Andrew was very helpfull, as was Michelle. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Dava’s. We had everything we needed and there was a supermarket close by. As advertised.

Very satisfied with the chosen accommodation. Close to the airport. Bus stop is nearby. The store under the house and the market are 5 minutes away. Very clean apartment and linen. There is everything you need hairdryer, iron, dishes, microwave, stove, oven, fridge. Everything is new. Closed courtyard. The host is very responsive. Any question, at any time of the day or night, is resolved in minutes. Close to the center and the beach. We won't look for another place to stay next time. The host has other accommodation options. I highly recommend it. 5*

I spent a happy month in this well-designed first-floor apartment, and I 100% recommend it. Javier is a very kind and friendly host. The apartment has a large, sunny balcony and functional shutters on all windows. The place is spotlessly clean, with a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The 5G Wi-Fi is excellent for digital nomads needing a reliable connection. Although the building isn’t always quiet—which is typical for Spain—it’s very quiet at night and I slept very well. My favourite features are the sunny balcony and proximity to the hills between Gran Alacant and Santa Pola, perfect for my daily 15-25K runs or walks. Ideal for both short and long-term stays. 10 out of 10. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Spacious apt about 10 minutes walk from centre, supermarket and bakery nearby with full kitchen if you want to cook. Recommend.

A cozy apartment with stunning views. The stay was very comfortable. Nearby beach and park for children. An area to walk and enjoy the sea. The best part is the balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif while looking at the sea and where you can see the sunset.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

Myself, husband and 7 year old son had a great stay here. We were met by Patricia to check in and shown around. Always responsive on communication. Two minute walk to the beach- great location. Only issue was loud roadworks outside but obviously not the hosts fault. The apartment had a lovely homely feel to it. Highly recommend for a stay in El Campello.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We loved the place. The apartment is very complete and the view of the place is beautiful. We spent three perfect days. Despite not renting a vehicle, we were able to wander around and enjoy the beaches. Roy's service is a 10.

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Valeria's apartment is great, with all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is very clean, the shower is very powerful and a pleasure. Easy to access and always attentive. It has a parking space that we don't use, but there's a parking lot for non-residents nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights for the end of pur trip to Spain. The apartment is in a very central location. Be ready for noisy nights on Friday and Saturday, as it's on a club st street. We were aware upon booking- so no problem for us. Ana is a welcoming host, responsive and always available for your needs. Thanks to Ana's reccomdations we had a booking in a local restaurant for lunch with the mist delicious food, we also visited Flamenco evening based on her reccomendations. Great stay all in all.

Amazing apartment, the accommodation is what you see in the photos and it is definitely going to be a place we will visit many times. Excellent hosts, if I could add more stars I would add them!

We have experienced two beautiful weeks. Everything was clean and conveniently furnished. It would have had a feel-good character. Having breakfast on the patio and dinner a few times was just super nice with this amazing view. The area is quiet and there are plenty of opportunities for hiking. Magali was always there. Thank you Erlinde for the welcome gift and for letting us being your guests.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

Great! Regina has a lot of detail. You have everything you may need. The private pool is great. A super quiet place to relax. We'll be back for sure. Regina responds quickly and is very friendly. Thank you for everything!
