No parties! No noise after 23:00! We would like to welcome you our holiday beach house! We are happy to rent this out to guests while we are not around. It has been beautifully renovated with everything needed to make you stay comfortable. We are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Erica and Lena are great and responsive hosts, during all our stay (more than one month) they were in touch and helped with any questions appeared. The apartment was clean, fully matched the photos, with everything for our comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything was like new. There was no noise from the neighbors as often in Spain. I can't think of anything to complain about the apartment. I'll be back. I forgot my pants hanging on the coat rack. When I asked how to get back Silvia responded right away even brought them to me about 15 kilometers away. Thanks!

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!
