Very neat and tidy modern house with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The house and its amenities were as exactly described, and as seen in the photos. Love the floor plan. The location was just down the road from the shops and a source for great coffee every morning. Tom was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. A 100% we would stay again, and if you are looking for a nice new home when visiting Ballarat, we highly recommend.

The house felt very welcoming and cosy! The bedlinen and towels were very good quality and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the quirky tasteful decor and felt our hosts had thought of everything! The welcome food pack was very much appreciated. The shampoo and other products provided were also good quality! The house is quite spacious and extremely comfortable for two people. This property is also in a great location and within walking distance to many of Ballarat’s shops etc. Parking was also very easy and not metered. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend this property to other couples! Corrina and Julie were also very responsive to all our messages! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent accomodation for long term stay. Had all the amenities and good cooking facilities. Short walking distance to Lake Wendouree. House has lots of character and felt right at home. Lovely host who was very responsive and helped immediately if there were any issues. Highly recommend.

Lydia made our first stay in a BnB so easy and comfortable! We were under prepared for the cold conditions (NQlders) but were so warm and comfortable in the home! Lots of blankets! It is a beautifully laid out home and everything that I needed for the week was there! Highly recommend and should a sport carnival return to Ballarat we will be booking in again!
