We had a group of 9 of us and we were all very comfortable here. Very lovely and spacious home on the lake. Beautiful scenery out the balcony windows. Beautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. The location is very close to New London and Spicer. Very easy to get too. Plenty of space for parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub - both soooo nice! We also did a shopping and eating day in New London, what a cute little town. Great shopping and eating! The host is very friendly, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

This was the perfect place for many members of our large family to stay while in town for a wedding. The views are beautiful. The host was accommodating, available for questions, and very nice. Much cheaper than us all staying at a hotel. And we got to be together for much needed family time. I highly recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spotless. The host has the kitchen supplied with everything needed to make most anything.

Imperfections: Much like a human being (as we all have our imperfections and flaws - but when viewed through the proper lense, these imperfections add to our uniqueness and beauty!) this house has its own imperfections. It is an older house, so If you’re looking for a “brand new” & “perfect” house to stay at, this would not be that House. But all imperfections are quickly forgotten and are easily overlooked when taking into account the overall cool location & beautiful ambiance. Overall this is a great AirB&B!

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

Wonderful place!! It had all the warmth of home!! There was even a Christmas tree for us!! We were able to celebrate perfectly!! Comfortable beds and an awesome shower downstairs!!! Very serene and peaceful environment. Thank you!

The neighborhood was very quiet during the day. At night, so easy to fall asleep. Love the screened porch. Perham is a fun town to visit, lots of cute shops, Jean's nursery, Common Grounds Coffee and the Bay Window fabric store....something for everyone. Lake is very clean.

This was a perfect space for a friend board game weekend. The house was spacious for everyone and the backyard and lake view was beautiful.

Beautiful, well stocked cabin. Conveniently located close to Alexandria and lots to do. We could’ve stayed the whole time at the cabin with all of the yard games, kayaks, and more. We especially loved the covered deck, the private yard, and the land across the street was a bonus for hitting some golf balls and walking the dogs in the trails! Would recommend!

A bit tricky to find but a cute little place once we got there. Todd was very responsive and made sure we were set for the stay.

Gregory was a fantastic host. The place was very nice and suited our family perfectly. Everything was well laid out and all the cupboards were labeled for ease of finding things in the kitchen. We brought our own boat and were able to launch it and tie it up to the dock. There were plenty of outdoor toys and equipment to use as well. We would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for a local staycation for a group of friends who wanted to craft and be away from home.

Great lake. Water is as clear as the photos show. The beach area was great for the kids. Very private feel to the place. Excellent outdoor seating- a great place to gather. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies provided. Emily had excellent communication throughout the entire process. We had a great vacation!

This cabin is absolutely wonderful. There is ample room and the place is spotless!Morning coffee on the dock watching the sunrise was the best!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Place was great and had everything we needed! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Thank you for letting us into your home! One thing I noticed is the discrepancy on the check in time. When I booked the reservation it said 3pm however I believe the actual time was 4pm. Denise was very communicative regarding this and we worked out the details.

This place has every thing you could possibly need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils for cooking and even spices. The bedrooms are spacious and the whole house is nicely decorated in a beach theme. They have games and puzzles for rainy days and plenty of beach toys when the sun shines. The Sandy Beach is wonderful. It is a very nice clean home.
