What an amazing place to stay. We celebrated a family 40th birthday. The house was warm and cosy, clean and beautifully designed. The kitchen was a good social space and well stocked with high end crockery and utensils. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had an ordered cosy feel. I cannot recommend this place more highly. We loved it so much. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t go into the gardens but they too look well planned and looked after. Fiona and her team are always at hand to answer any questions. We will definitely be returning. We had all ages staying from a 18month old to us grandparents. The place caters for all. Thank you again. You made our week end so special.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here. The property was spotlessly clean and is very well appointed with everything you need. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. It is ideally suited for the beach, the high street and a supermarket is nearby. Parking is in a free car park in front of the property. Amanda is a very responsive and helpful host. This is our second stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on our next trip.

with 9 of us staying and 2 dogs the place had plenty of room. our party was made up of 5 teen boys and mums, was a perfect set up for us. Great local pub and fish and chip shop, had a lovely breakfast at Poppys which was walking distance from the housr,easy to drive out to local attractions. would recommend and visit again.

We've had a lovely long weekend stay here. The lodge is beautiful, clean, well equipped and we loved the sea view. The welcome basket was greatly recieved too. It's in a lovely location & we enjoyed walks on the beach and in the woods opposite. We saw loads of wildlife including squirrels, rabbits, deer, seals and even a woodpecker. Wendy was a very responsive host & recommended places to eat. Would recommend to anyone. Lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage. It is done to a high standard & is also cosy & welcoming. The location is perfect for the northern coast. We did seal watching from Blakeney Point, which we'd highly recommend & the steam train ride from Holt to Sheringham was great fun. Cromer, Sheringham & Holt are all well worth visiting. Anna was very quick to respond & to check that all was ok when we arrived. Thank you Anna. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Such a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our large group. The location was amazing! Lovely sea views, the garden opposite was ideal for our dog and we had some nice evening walks. My girls enjoyed the arcades and refreshments kiosks opposite the house too. We were all very sad to leave!

Cosy self-contained annex

The place smelled beautiful as you walk in and stayed that way for the duration, really clean and well thought out, cupboards were well stocked with plates and cookware etc. the annex felt private and the area was very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by. We brought a dog with us and they left a bowl and some treats in it which I thought was a really nice touch. We had tea coffee and biscuits ready to use on arrival which was definitely appreciated. We will 100% be back as it was also a great price tbh. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was made up for us by the owners. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

This is our third time of staying at Roger’s. We absolutely love it, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Roger always greets us and is so friendly and helpful. The welcome basket he leaves is fabulous, filled with lots of yummy goodies. He also left lots of dog treats and lovely dog bed as we brought our dog with us this time. There’s a lovely floodlit enclosed paddock where he could have a run around. The Dairy is so lovely inside, tastefully furnished and a really comfy bed and bedding. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Clean, high-end annex with welcoming hosts. Nice touches of stocked pantry items (jams, cereals, bread, bannanas, ham, jams, yoghurts and a few beers) and any type of milk you requested. Quiet area, designated driveway (access is a bit tight, but managable in a standard width car). Walkable to riverside and train station. Stairs to bedroom were quite steep and potentially slippy in socks so need to take care when using. Bed was great.
