Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

Visit U of F. A few rooms can accommodate parents & kids with multiple beds in the same room. This was a bed & breakfast so fully outfitted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

Julia was incredible!! We book last minute to get away from a coming hurricane. She kindly allowed us to check in early and gave us a discounted rate. While she was dealing with her own hurricane preparations she quickly responded to every request and went above and beyond. Her place was beautiful and we can't wait to visit again when the weather is better!!

This is a very cute and cozy place. Julia was extremely helpful and responsive. She waived her no pet clause as we had evacuated from the Tampa area due to Hurricane Milton and could not find a place to stay. I am forever grateful to her and we look forward to returning when we can better enjoy this wonderful getaway on lake Santa Fe.

This home is located on a quiet dead end road down a long driveway. Neighbors are non existent during the week. Great place to be alone. Deer in the front and back yard made my day. Light pollution is almost non existent, you can see so many stars. FYI the fish do not want the high dollar stuff they bite on real worms. The house is spacious.

We had a great stay with our dog for 3 nights. We walked the trails by Hogtown Creek and sat on the screened balconies which overlook a nice green wooded setting. One morning we saw about 6 deer pass through the yard in back. The bed was comfy and bathroom was spacious. Thanks for a great stay. Would stay again and recommend.

This home is amazing. Kathleen has thought of every detail! It was cold so the 2 working fireplaces were a treat. Had a blast playing pool by the pool. Only negative was we could only stay one night! This house is perfect for large groups too. The layout gives everyone their own space, which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
