A perfect townhome for your Gainesville stay. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 (two king beds and a queen deluxe air mattress). The townhouse is centrally located in Gainesville and very close to a Publix grocery store, Butler Plaza restaurants and stores, and also close to UF. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/ dryer are on the first floor. Guests have access to the community pool as well.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Gainesville across from the brand new Blount Center. I never book anyone the night before or after your stay so check-in as early as you’d like and check-out as late as you like. The washer and dryer is right in the unit along with a full bath and kitchen with brand new appliances. There is a coffee and ice cream shop right downstairs so mornings and evenings are a breeze (as well as Gainesville’s best Jamaican food!).
