The cottage was very cozy and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our time at the cottage!

One of my favorite places if not my favorite place I’ve stayed at! Feels like your soul can rest easy there! Stan and his wife were top notch at everything!

Enjoyed my stay in this small casual cabin surrounded by woods. 2 ponds to view from the porch rockers or to walk around with Margo the owner's cat. Very clean cabin, comfortable bed, & peaceful sleep...my 3 top criteria! I will stay again next time traveling anywhere near here!

I love this cabin . It was just what me and my husband needed for our weekend getaway . We enjoyed the firepit ,swing and especially the hot tub !! Host was very responsive ! Thank you for letting us stay and can't wait to come back !!

Such a great little spot for some quiet and relaxation. We enjoyed seeing some wildlife, viewing the water, and eating from the wonderful outdoor setup. The home is cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Vidyani is such a good host and communicated everything perfectly! Loved our time and appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

Our stay was lovely! Everything was clean, the beds are so comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the kitchen was such a plus to make meals. Albert was very responsive and so friendly and we will definitely be back!!

The remote location was nice for privacy, and the surroundings were beautiful. We loved that it was remote and we didn't need to worry about anyone in the area. The Hostess was very friendly and gave us recommendations for breakfast nearby for our first morning, as we arrived very late the night before and didn't have a chance to look around much yet. The little store that they run right next door was a nice addition, we were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday to be able to check it out! I would say that the only downside would be that it is off of dirt roads, but we had no complaints otherwise. Just be prepared to wash your vehicle after you leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every space is comfortable in It's own way. It's everything you want in a getaway home. It's so well stocked you'll wonder if someone lives there full time! We had everything we needed plus some. Can't wait to return here!

Fabulous! Safe, quiet neighborhood. The space is clean and comfy, has everything you need. Hosts are warm, friendly, and professional. It’s like staying with friends. We just slept and ate there but it would be well suited for a computer work space while traveling too. The chair for watching tv or reading is one of the most confortable I’ve ever sat in! We’ll be back soon.

Beloved’s Rest was exactly what we needed (and didn’t even know we needed)! It was peaceful and secluded. They thought of everything that you could possibly need and had all the small details planned out. The sunsets were amazing! The owners were very helpful and responsive to messages. We can’t wait for our next trip to go back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The outside deck was very private and the yard very well kept and enjoyable for an evening glass of wine and morning coffee! The kitchen had plenty of nice pans, dishes were not plastic which we appreciated. Plenty of nice glassware, coffee cups and flatware. We liked the bed so much we asked her where she purchased it. She kindly gave us the information on it. Probably, one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed in! It was great for the two nights that we needed and we highly recommend it!!

Another amazing stay in the Peacock cabin! We love staying here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. Steve and Mechelle won’t bother you as they want you to enjoy your privacy, but are always there to help in any way that you need and are super friendly! This is our third stay in a year and we will definitely be back!!

Please read this description before you book. If you want a peaceful getaway away from society, this is the right place for you. The cabin does not have internet, which I enjoyed because it let me disconnect from the online world. If you and your partner are looking for a quiet spot in the countryside surrounded by nature, this is a great choice. However, if you need the internet and modern amenities, this place may not be for you. It all depends on what you want. Also, keep in mind that John likes to greet guests personally. He will talk with you when you arrive. I appreciated this in our world of texting and social media, but if you prefer not to interact, think about this before booking. John is also very friendly and helpful. When I caught a cold during my stay, he kindly offered me medicine and even gave me a COVID-19 test to be safe. He didn’t have to do that, but I appreciated his care. And thank God I was negative for COVID.

This place is fantastic and my family of three loved our time there. The grounds are lovely and the animals and people are so friendly. We will definitely be back!

It has to be one of my favorite stays. The details were so appreciated, from makeup towels to bedding for a pet! With the electric fireplace and the AC unit, I would recommend it for any time of year. Some highlights are the peace, privacy, safety, and a parking spot was a bonus! It has a lovely yard as well.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The pictures accurately represent the property, but nothing can replace actually being there and experiencing it. The cabin is exactly what it says it it, perfectly decorated with all kinds of memories and stories and if your fortunate, Mr. Grover will spend some time sharing a few of them with you. If you are looking for a place to enjoy some peace and quiet, wake the world up in the morning and put it to bed at night, you've found it. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that I had and were very easy to work with. Don't miss out on this one, worth every penny. p.s. I am happy to report there were no Bigfoot sightings...

This was the perfect getaway. It was so clean and modern inside, like our own apartment in the woods. And the atmosphere of the fire pit with the lights was amazing. I would definitely come again.

Such a wonderful experience with amazing and kind hosts. The house itself is GORGEOUS and in a beautiful and scenic area that was easy to find. The house had everything we needed and then some- we could tell the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into accommodations. (And its so cute!!) But what really stands out is how friendly and hospitable the hosts were. (You absolutely could not ask for nicer people.) We all slept better than we have in years and my daughter had a blast getting to be out in the country, near horses, chickens, cows and a beautiful landscape. Highly recommend and will return (if available) next time we're in town.

Beautiful, peaceful and cozy cabin! Hosts covered it all- clear instructions, helpful amenities, beautiful space! I loved having my morning coffee by the creek and moss covered trees, I felt like I was in Ferngully! My kids slept amazing on the pull out couch and appreciated the big screen TV and snacks! My husband loved the giant shower and that we could do our laundry! Thanks so much for a great stop on our road trip!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Cody’s cabin! The cabin was clean and neat upon arrival with clear instructions on how to find and access the property, making our check in seamless! We absolutely loved the fire pit and grill area. This cabin makes for the perfect weekend getaway sport for anyone checking out the Talladega area!

This camp is amazing! The spot, the view, the amenities, and don’t get us started about the host! She Is wonderfull, so very helpful and full of information for anything in the area you may need! She even help us in our hunt for a new vehicle!
