Host was very responsive and friendly. The house was super private. The kitchen had great cooking and grilling utensils. We loved the location and how private it was, as well as all of the outdoor porches. The screened porch was so nice to have.

My family was traveling from separate states to meet up for Christmas. Nicholas was friendly and responsive from start to finish. The space was beautiful, cozy, and felt like home. The openness of the space allowed us to be together even from the kitchen. But, the bedrooms were a quiet retreat that brought it all together. The weather and short stay didn’t allow us to get in the pool - next time. Beach access was quick and easy. Ample parking and space. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Cynthia's Orange Beach condo. The place has everything you need to make it feel like home. We enjoyed using the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The beautiful beach is just steps away. Another plus is that the buildng has lots of parking and it's free! Cynthia is a friendly host who responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great place! Big enough for our large group (9) with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again! Kitchen had everything you could need to cook thanksgiving dinner, and more. The storage with beach gear provided was amazing. Table fit us all for dinner plus my uncle who we went there to visit. Bedrooms all have balconies! Comfortable and clean. Clear check in and check out instructions. You wont be disappointed. LOCATION PERFECT. Thanks again!

Incredible Beach Access !!!

I had to change my dates of stay a couple of different times. Ryan responded quickly and was able to easily accommodate my request. The address was provided a few days before our arrival with a code to enter. The instructions were clear and concise, which made access quick and easy. The location was excellent. Right across the street from the public beaches, which made sunrise and sunset walks on the beach easy. The Hangout, among many other restaurant choices, was easily walkable, so we stopped a couple of times for drinks and apps. Departure was just as easy with a list of things 'to do' on the freezer. The small kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans that we needed. Great little place to stay for a quick get away!

The home is beautiful and in a quiet setting. The people we met were friendly and had been coming back for years. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed daily sunrise and sunset walks on the gulf. The pool and pier are also lovely and peaceful. We found the kitchen well equipped and did a mixture of at home cooking and exploring local restaurants. There’s plenty to do in the area and with the beach and the pool it’s a great place to unwind. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

If you want beach access at all times, this is the place to be. We watched the sunrise from the balcony every morning. As we sipped on our coffee we saw a dolphin pod swim by nearly every morning too. It was a beautiful spectacle. Patricia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond in every way. When we arrived to find the toaster broken, she sent her co-host to purchase a new one to replace the broken one that very day! The only downside to the building is that the pool is not on the beach side, rather on the parking lot side, and is therefore shaded and not a nice view. Honestly, for us it wasn't a big deal though because we were steps away from white, sugar sand at any moment of the day. We also loved the sitting area with swings on the beach side of the building.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay here! My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and loved every minute. Our hosts were exceptional and it was easy to connect during our stay. My favorite part of our time there was the view of the Gulf from our 7th floor balcony. It is absolutely breathtaking! The condo and the beach are quiet and peaceful, and it was worth the extra drive beyond Gulf Shores into Fort Morgan to not be at the busy main Gulf Shores beaches. Beach access is super easy across a short boardwalk to the long stretch of sandy beach. I appreciated the king size bed with soft blankets, tasteful beach-themed decor, and fully stocked kitchen including multiple coffee maker options and dinnerware/cookware in pristine condition. Oh, and did I mention the view? :) Love this place. Go already! But make sure you don't take our dates for next year.

The place was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful. We were able to walk to the beach in the afternoons and enjoy the sunsets. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals during our stay and feel at home. Our host was great. She sent messages in advance of our stay and made sure we were able to contact her if we had any issues. The experience was wonderful and we would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We are just driving home from our wonderful vacation. It was so pretty and relaxing. Orange Beach has so many nice restaurants and lots to do. Michael and Jill’s place is the perfect place to relax after those activities. The view from the balcony was stunning! It had everything we needed, and Jill was quick to respond when I had questions! We highly recommend this condo for an Orange Beach vacation!

This was our first annual mother daughter vacation and the condo did NOT disappoint! The condo was so beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend this condo!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The property meet all expectations. The location was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The house itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with a light and airy coastal vibe. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, as you about 19 miles from the majority of restaurants. The pool was heated so even on those cooler days you could still enjoy the water. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re re looking for a relaxing getaway with the perfect mix of beach and pool time, this is the place to be. Just one thing is be carful when turn into the driveway because people drive very fast. On the 4 day there was a bad accident when we came back from a grocery run and someone was are their phone and hit the person behind us.

Absolutely wonderful! This was an absolutely gorgeous home with lots of amenities. The host was wonderful and very responsive - the area was very nice and quiet, but you could still hear the ocean at night while you were sitting on the back balcony area. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a good meal and more! Everything was spotless and the decor was so beautiful . We will definitely be back.

Great place for a relaxing getaway! Location was just as pictured and very clean. Really enjoyed the great beach view from the balcony. Marina provided great instructions prior to arrival so that our self check-in was seamless. She was also very responsive to all questions. There was a minor a/c issue during our stay & Marina had a repairman out within a couple of hours who fixed the problem in a few minutes & we had no more issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely book with Marina again!!

This 2-bedroom condo is a great option for beach and convenience. The unit is well-maintained with most items needed for the stay. Its location places you within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. Very quiet location. Covered parking and elevator were great extra features. Pool area is nice and well maintained. Ed is very helpful and quick to reply for any questions.
