My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV with DVD player in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Our unit has breathtaking ocean views. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The hallway has two bunk beds and we have a pullout couch as well in the living room. Washer and dryer in unit. Downstairs you will find countless food options, a tiki bar, pools & hot tubs for you to enjoy. Our condo is also a 15-20 minute drive away from the main Gulf Shores area so perfect if you want to be secluded but also not too far from the main area either!

This is my second time staying at the Colony Club and both times have been top tier. My family and I were in town for the state track meet and I always look to this location first! It is close to the sportsplex but very quiet and private. Joseph’s place was as described. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! We ate at a local restaurant called Bleu’s Burgers…highly recommend! Food is worth the money and staff is awesome. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. 10/10!

We have had the pleasure of staying in several of Alan’s properties in the Northport area during my daughter’s time at the University of Alabama and they have all been consistently clean and comfortable, well stocked, and well thought out. I know when we book one of Alan’s properties, I don’t have to worry about a thing! Such a nice feeling when you are traveling 10 hours or so from Oklahoma. We are able to relax and enjoy our time with family. Would book with Alan every time if we could!

Stayed in this community a couple of times but a first at Jon's apartment. This is a beautiful place amd enjoyed the stay as well as the pool.

Denise and Brad were great hosts! Their place was peaceful, quiet, and cozy. It was walking distance from the beach and they had provided chairs and umbrellas as well to take with you. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
