The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Stayed for the weekend mainly for sleeping but the surroundings looked great, the apartment is spacious and matches the description. The hosts are very available for checking in and out.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

We came to spend a we in Munich, the accommodation was better than the photos, and the little treats from our host were much appreciated. I highly recommend it!

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Our stay with Dagmar was very pleasant. She is a friendly and heartfelt host, with whom we felt comfortable from the beginning. Before we arrived, I had a question that Dagmar answered quickly. The apartment is located in a quiet area with easy access to public transport, so you can easily reach the city center. We will be happy to come back.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at the place! You will find everything you need for a nice, comfortable weekend and even beyond. The refrigerators were filled with cold drinks, there were snacks in the rooms, coffee and basics such as garbage bags, dish soap etc were available. Clear recommendation :)

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

We spent 10 days at Astrid's place, it was the first time we used Airbnb and are totally thrilled. The place was as described, super public transport connections to Munich. We'd love to come back anytime! Communication with Astrid was also possible at any time via Wahtsapp and super friendly. We had a great vacation thank you!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Delighted with this home! We visited Baviera taking advantage of our concert of Adele¡ Fantastica location , five minutes by metro and in 20 minutes in the center. One hour from the airport. The house with everything you need and cozy. The restaurant that is super recommended nearby and a super very close. We have been my husband and my two daughters and we have really enjoyed it. Highly recommended¡

We had a great stay and the photos didn’t make the place justice. The house was very clean and spacious with a nice garden and local food nd attractions were great.

A cozy, large house with everything you need. Daniel was very friendly and also left a few bottles of beer as a welcome in the fridge. Except for the level crossing right next to the garden, the location is nice and quiet. You have shopping in the village and can do a lot in the area.

Brigitte and Patrick’s house is a great place to stay. We had a lovely time visiting the Bavarian Castles, swimming in the lakes and visiting the nearby cities thanks to Brigitte and Patrick’s recommendations. The house was very confortable and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. We highly recommend this place and would come back again with great pleasure !

We had a lovely family get together in Michael's stylish, comfortable house. The garden was great and we loved the apple cake and sauce left for us. It gave us fairly easy access to the centre of the city while we could also enjoy the peace of a very safe suburban area, which is what we wanted. Michael was more than generous, so we could use bikes and all facilities. He was flexible in all sorts of ways. Excellent supermarket and bus stop to town a few metres away. We would highly recommend this house. Thank you Michael!

Jürgen’s place was amazing! Great location, lots of space, nice walking trail right from the house, and so close to town, and the sunsets from the house are spectacular! My wife grew up here and we visit every year. This was by far the most comfortable we’ve been and we hope to stay here again in the future. Jürgen is an excellent host and we even met up with him on our last night for some tasty food and great conversation! We hope to stay here again next year.
