First, Ariana as a host was excellent. For each communication, no longer than mere minute or two elapsed when she responded. The apartment was exactly as described, right in the heart of downtown Douglas which had several weekend events that we're a mere few steps away. As a plus, there are several good restaurant options that are walkable within a block or two. I highly recommend this location if you are interested in immersing yourself in the history of Douglas as well as any local activities that are nearby in downtown or Castro Park.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend! We especially appreciated the privacy and quiet setting – it felt like our own little oasis. One of the highlights was definitely the huge kitchen. Hosts Dave and Mieko were incredibly friendly and welcoming, striking the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. They clearly put thought into their guests' experience, providing a fantastic selection of books and games for entertainment. Communication was a breeze from start to finish. All the instructions were crystal clear and Dave and Mieko were always easy to reach if we had any questions. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.
