The property is lavish as well as in the nature’s Lap. 1. A perfect holiday home with nature’s beautiful sound, full of breeze and Artistic Interiors. 2. Kashid Beach is at walkable distance ( 12 min ) from the property but path is not recommended without any vehicle. Specially at Sundown. 3. Suvarrna Tai is the caretaker that cooks good Breakfast. She speaks and understands Marathi. Breakfast is paid. 4. Two Rooms are good in size but other two are really small like one of them have space to accommodate just bed and table. 5. Host was really helpful and shared other references for the stay like Driver’s Accommodation and better Veg options restaurants that deliver food. Highly recommended. 6. You will have a very memorable experience staying here and feel refreshed.

Beautiful property situated in very close proximity to Kashmir beach. The house has been very aesthetically decorated which clearly shows it’s an artists abode ! It is cozy yet perfect for 4-5 persons. The caretaker was always around for anything that is required and cooked us an amazing dinner. The property has all the amenities that can be required.

I recently stayed at a beautiful beach property in Nandgaon, and it was an unforgettable experience! The place is absolutely massive, surrounded by lush coconut trees, giving it a serene and tropical feel. It's right by the beach, so we could hear the soothing sound of waves crashing throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, and the rustic charm added a lot to the overall ambiance. The best part was that we were able to bring our dogs, and they had the best time ever running around and enjoying the beach. It’s rare to find a place that’s so accommodating for pets. The caretakers were amazing. They were always smiling and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From arranging meals to making sure we were comfortable, their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly beach getaway!

Lovely oasis of peace, set in large grounds. A pool for children to swim in, lots of space for dogs to walk around in, a large home, and extremely helpful staff. We had several tasty meals, prepared by the staff. There is also an excellent restaurant 300 meters from the front gate of the property. Had a excellent stay, the hosts were superb, highly recommend this place!
