Booked the stay to see family as originally from the area. The cottage was an ideal base and we had some beautiful walks around the area. John checked in on us but was not intrusive at all and we felt very comfortable in the cottage. You have everything you need to cook basic meals but there are some great places to eat close by. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would consider booking again if we decide to go back to the area.
