Monthly Rentals in 9th arrondissement

I had a great one-week stay at Carmen and Louis's place. It's a well-equipped studio in a separate building next to Carmen's house, and is cozier and more comfortable than it looks in the photos. It was clean, had great wifi, and excellent hot water. The stove took a bit of time to heat up, but otherwise the kitchen was very functional. Good communication with Carmen and Louis. I never met Louis in person, but Carmen was incredibly sweet and kind. Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk from the Metro, which will get you downtown (and to the train/bus station) in just a few minutes. Also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. Just a couple of small issues: For the first few days I couldn't lock either of the doors to the apartment, until it was fixed by a locksmith - but it wasn't too bad because the main gate was locked. And you do need to hold onto the shower head, since there's nothing to hold it on the wall. All in all, a great stay!

Claudette's hosting was warm. She gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The accommodation is nice, and our hosts provided us with everything we needed and then some!! THANK YOU to them! The area is beautiful, hikes to the Calanques are quickly accessible, as well as Marseille.

We spent 3 months in Olivier and Guéna's home and to start our life in Marseille it was the perfect place. Very well located, in a private residence, easy to park, quiet and at the same time a 10-min walk to the center and the Ste Marguerite Dromel metro station, a line that serves strategic places such as the Prado, the Coeur Julien, St Charles station... The accommodation is true to the description, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated with everything you need. The owners are cool and welcoming, extremely kind with good advice and just above if there's anything you need. We were lucky to have found a place to stay within a 6-min walk from their home, which will allow us to see them again with pleasure!
