Villa vacation rentals in 9th arrondissement

We had a magical week at Jean Eric’s beautiful home in Cassis. As previous holidaymakers have already mentioned the house and its setting are even more stunning than the photos. Waking up to those glorious views was such a treat. The house is spotlessly clean and really nicely designed and furnished with every kitchen gadget, glass and table setting you could ever need. We tried very hard to think if anything was missing and the only single thing we came up with was a cocktail muddler! The pool and gardens are gorgeous and we loved watching the sun go down from the poolside bar. Jean Eric was super friendly, thoughtful and helpful. He met us at the house on arrival and kindly gave us a lift into the village so we could make our dinner reservation after our plane was delayed. We’d come back here again tomorrow if we could, and it really was the most idyllic villa to celebrate a special birthday with all the family.

Our stay went incredibly well, the villa is amazing and much bigger than we thought, it was a pleasant surprise when we discovered that the pool was bigger than in the photos! The villa is quite well located (30min drive from Cassis, Marseille and La Ciotat) which allows you to discover the surroundings. Thanks to Richard who is an exemplary host, he was able to welcome us very warmly and was able to remain available before and during our stay. At the top, I sincerely recommend it!

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Beautiful house than Yannick's, we had a lot of fun staying there with two adults with three teenagers. The garden and pool call for idleness while the location of the house allows many visits nearby. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable and nicely furnished villa for twelve people. The photographs do not reveal all the advantages of the place, including the slightly elevated location, with an unobstructed view of the hill and even the sea. All the bedrooms are organized around the large swimming pool, except for a very nice sixth independent also on the lower floor. Access to the center of Saint Cyr sur mer, with its shops and Sunday morning market, is easy on foot. Highly recommend for a rental in the area!

We received an incredibly warm welcome from Aline and Eric and the bad weather did not dampen spirits! We were instantly struck by how much love has gone into this incredible picturesque and tasteful property. We picked it out on air BnB because of the outside space and it exceeded our expectations. I won’t ruin any surprises for future guests but it was perfect 🤩 Any questions we had during our stay were responded to instantly and even though this was a summer holiday for my partner and I, it felt like a honeymoon ❤️ There were endless activities to stay occupied and we developed a fierce daily pétanque competition. Location wise, it was perfect for us to journey to Casis to hire boats and enjoy the sea, in addition to dinners inland in The Luberon, including Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste & Ménerbes (around 1-1hr15) We also drove to kayak and boat on the Verdon Gorge (around 1hr45) Aix easy to visit too All in all, it was an amazing break and one which we will remember forever

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful villa. The house is exceptional, spacious and perfectly equipped. The pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The setting is extremely pleasant, in the heart of nature, offering a real haven of peace. Again, thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable vacation.

Great villa with plenty of space for multiple families. We enjoyed the large garden for the children to play before dinner and the kitchen was nice to cook breakfast / dinner. Easy walk down to town and hiking trails. Walk back is uphill but manageable for our group of 4 adults + kids (7-11 years old). We would recommend to anyone that needs space and would love to return again some day!

The place is so beautiful right on the water and the hosts could not have been more nice or hospitable! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful stay in a dream villa equipped to perfection! The division of rooms allows beautiful privacy for multiple couples or large families. Arthur is very friendly and available to answer our questions. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and the BBQ is nice to use in its enchanting setting. The villa is lined with nature and the neighbors are invisible. I highly recommend renting this villa.

Great stay at Kari's, I booked this house to celebrate my birthday for a weekend and we were very well hosted. The house is really great, a very nice surprise!

We had an exceptional stay at Camille and Anthony's home. The house and garden are very spacious, and even more beautiful than in the photos. We were 8 adults and 7 children including 2 infants and each family had their own space. The house is full of activities for young and old: the children particularly appreciated the board games, toys, tricyles, and books, generously made available to us by our hosts. Not to mention the daily collection of eggs laid by the chickens, they still talk about it with stars in their eyes. The pool, worthy of an interior design magazine, was our haven of relaxation and fun throughout the stay! The kitchen, very well equipped, allowed us to cook delicious meals and revel in on the beautiful terrace. The house is ultra secure for the little ones, whether it's the pool or the stairs, protected by gates. See you next year!

A helpful, available and above all very professional host who offers an extremely clean villa with all the necessary equipment and who is at your disposal. She didn't hesitate to give us a good start to our vacation. Little touches that bcp of hosts unfortunately forget (coffee pod, laundry capsule...) of course it's about troubleshooting...and it's always nice to it. In any case, stay as you are, you are at the top. (not to mention your spouse) I recommend it 100%.

Celine is super active, dynamic and friendly. The accommodation is as described , very nice place and well located for visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time at the villa we rented through Airbnb from Jean-Luc. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than it is in the photos and much bigger than we expected. The view is breathtaking and the area is wonderfully quiet. Everything was clean and perfectly cared for, made us feel right at home. Jean-Luc is a super host: friendly, helpful and always available if we had any questions. We can absolutely recommend this villa for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Go with your eyes closed. Nicolas and his wife are very welcoming and available as needed. The house perfectly matches the description, and nothing is missing, it feels like home. They did a lot for us in order to make us feel good with the provision of an umbrella bed, changing table... for our 1 1/2 year old son. We will be happy to go back and recommend it warmly!!

It was a lovely house. Some info about things to do/ places to go/ where supermarkets were/ restaurants etc would have been great. The video for the garden was excellent. Maybe some guides to kitchen equipment would have been helpful too. Overall we loved the house and would definitely recommend for anyone who wanted a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings

Great place to stay in a beautiful location. It’s a great setup with lots of different spaces for a big group and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and we felt supported throughout our stay.

Gilles' getaway was perfect. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the terrace has the necessary privacy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and things beyond, like an electric orange press:)) The surrounding area offers fantastic sunsets after a short walk through the pine forest. Sun and full moonrise could be seen from the balcony. We felt very at home in front of the fire in front of the fireplace in the evening. Thank you for everything.
